Wow, it was so nice to be able to use such a spacious and clean accommodation at this price. Although it is about a 15-minute walk from the station, if there are a lot of people, it would be great to use Uber or rent a bicycle to get around. Oh, and since it is a drive-in hotel, it would be even better if you rent a car or plan to rent one. Even if you don't know Chinese, the desk staff speaks English well, so check-in was no problem! It was also nice that they provided McDonald's breakfast.

Hotel location is great, it's off the busy street, but not far from the main street. The room is large and nice decor. The front desk personal are very friendly and helpful, Mr Chen helped me to ordered some pineapple cakes from Tainam city that my family wanted. Thanks! The hotel has a good taste of decorating that makes the guests feel comfortable.

This was a great hotel to stay at before my flight the next morning! First, it is right on the express MRT line, so it’s less than 30 minutes to the airport with frequent trains coming by. Second, it’s connected to the MRT station and the Global shopping mall, so you don’t even need to go outside. You can just exit the station directly into the mall, and the door to the hotel is right there, 1 minute from the station! And then, you can find restaurants in the mall, so it’s convenient. The hotel breakfast is amazing with so many choices of different foods and good coffee. The room was very comfortable, quiet, non-smoking, clean, and spacious. This is simply a great hotel, and I highly recommend it!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Unfortunately, parking spaces are limited. Fortunately, there is a parking lot outside the hotel, and the overnight fee is not expensive. There is a shopping mall at the intersection, which is convenient for eating and shopping.

We took Uber so location is convenient for us. The manager checked us in, and had really good English. He ensured the next morning breakfast had veg options. We loved that the room was clean, aircon was adjustable so we made it cold so we could sleep at night. The staff were polite and pleasant, and being veg, the lady chef accommodated us the second morning by cooking more vegetables for our breakfast which is extremely thoughtful! We had a good stay here 👍🏼

The distance from the hotel to the airport is about 20 minutes without traffic jam. There is a bus that can reach the airport, which takes about an hour. The hotel service is quite good. Because I had to go to the airport early the next morning, I asked about the taxi. The hotel staff gave me good advice. There would be heavy traffic after 7:30. I asked the hotel staff to book a car for me the next morning, and also asked her to book a packed breakfast for me. I left at 7 o'clock. The driver arrived a few minutes early. I went down and handed the room card to the staff to check out. The staff asked me to pick up the packed breakfast and take the bus without stopping. It was a very considerate service. Next time I come, I will choose this hotel for a short stay.

GGuest UserAll the staffs are super friendly, especially toward kids. The hotel is family and kid friendly, got many facilities set up for kids. Unfortunately, my son only turned 11 months old so some facility he was not big enough to use. I understand it might seems a little pricy but overall my family enjoy it. 5 stars all around.
If bringing ur kid near outdoor swimming pool remember to put on 防蚊液。

SSeow Hong TcheauLocation is near to the airport. Room was spacious, bright and very clean. Shower and toilet area even came with a tub. Staff was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Advised us on timing for cab pick up to airport by considering morning traffic while ensuring we had enough time for breakfast. Staff ensured that our luggage was dropped off and picked up right at our doorstep.
Breakfast was a good spread and it was prepared and ready on the dot. We appreciated this as we had to rush off to the airport immediately after.
There is even a private garage. It's a pity we didn't get to benefit from it as we've already dropped off our rental car before check in. The only negative is that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there was no lift access. But this was understandable as the garage was on the ground floor and the room is on the first floor.
Would definitely consider this place again if the price remains competitive in future.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

GGuest UserI was looking for a place where I could check in late because my flight was arriving at dawn. Since check-in was 24 hours, I was able to check in even at 3 or 4 in the morning. The owner was very kind and nice. The room condition was also very good, and the necessary shower supplies were provided, so I was able to stay comfortably.

KKek SeongLocation wise with respect to airport is very good. Less than 10 min drive would reach airport. Just a bit distance from MRT station passing through the open air carpark. Luckily weather is good. Enjoy the clear sky and nice wind. Provided the packed breakfast at mid night for us travelling to airport is very considerate.

KKUANCHIEHThe room is clean but not big. It's fine for just one night's stay. The bathroom is big, but you have to climb two stairs, which is a weird design. The hotel is in a weathered area. There is a KTV downstairs. There is a smell of smoke coming into the bathroom, but fortunately it does not in the bedroom.
