Check-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!

GGuest UserThe location is convenient and the service is warm and thoughtful. We upgraded the room type for free. The hotel facilities are complete and clean. It was a perfect experience. I will bring friends here again next time. The breakfast is also very delicious. There is a restaurant on the first floor with many kinds. It's delicious. Overall, it's definitely a good review.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the front desk was super good, the shopping was convenient, and it was close to the park. The flower building where I wanted to come to Taoyuan was lived. There were people 24 hours a day. The security was full. The problems were solved quickly. The price was really nothing to say. The barbecue opposite the hotel is also super delicious. The room is really super warm, but the suggestion to pick the bones in the egg is not to come. I am still picking the problem at three or four in the morning. It is noisy that I sleep. The hotel is really OK. There are still many people who are not qualified. In short, I still give the hotel a thumbs up.

GGuest UserI went to Taoyuan on a business trip and found it here. I went into the lobby and saw the flowers on the front desk. I was shocked. This hotel is too romantic. The lobby is decorated with flowers. The front desk also poured me a cup of fruit tea they made by themselves. The sweet taste of apples is not too tired. It feels great! The air conditioning in the room was superb. The next morning I ate a bowl of legendary Changde rice noodles. It was full of beef and very special soup. The front desk 006 and 007 Miss Sister checked out and gave me a Ping An fruit. The service was really good. Miss Sister's smile was also very sweet! Next time I come to Taoyuan and live here, I am full of satisfaction, give you a hundred praises for your service.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at Shengshi Taoyuan International Hotel. The overall feeling is very good. The front desk lady is warm, beautiful and has temperament. She is worthy of being the face of the hotel. The breakfast is also delicious. There is our Changde specialty beef noodle. I haven't eaten it for a long time. It is worth recommending. I will stay here next time.
