We loved our stay here! The entire staff was so nice and accommodating and Luca had some great recommendations for things to to do in Taormina and also helped arrange our Mt Etna tour. The house is absolutely gorgeously decorated as well (including an adorable resident cat). Hope to come back one day!

Casa Arico is an absolutely beautiful home and well worth the money. The sheets are high end, breakfast is great and within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants. Our only disappointment was checkout was early (10:30 am) and they were unable to store our luggage but recommended a store nearby which can hold your suitcase for 5 euros.

We spent 3 wonderful days at Casa Arico at the end of May and were extremely impressed. First of all, the B&B is immaculately maintained and feels more like a beautiful private home than a hotel. We stayed in the mountain view suite and were very impressed by both the size (a huge living area and large terrace) and the quality of the furnishings (from the bed to the furniture). Our suite had what is absolutely the nicest bathroom I have ever seen in Italy! Secondly, Luca was a fantastic host. When we checked in, he told us "I will take care of everything" and he definitely did - from arranging restaurant reservations to a transfer to our next destination and everything in between. I should also mention that Casa Arico is in a fantastic location on a quiet street steps from Porta Messina. Finally, the breakfasts are fantastic, served every morning by the delightful Gabriella! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

The pictures don't do this place justice! From the moment you meet Luca and enter the house you are transcended into another world. The house is beautifully decorated with every little detail cared for. Breakfast served by Gabrielle each morning is a delight with some of the best coffee we've had. You always feel like you're staying in someone's home because you are. At all times made to feel welcome and comfortable. Luca has suggestions for everything and seems to know everyone in Taormina. The only problem with this place is you'll have to leave at some point... Highly recommended!

This place was beautiful, stunning views and great location. The staff were amazing especially Luca, he helped us with everything from setting up wine tours/etna tours to giving us amazing restaurant recommendations. Me and my friend had the best time! Highly reccomend!!

We had only one night in this totally delightful boutique hotel which has only four suites. They are within the family home of the owners and, although tucked away in a back street, which was a bit tricky to find, it is close to everything and well worth a visit. Luca is an attentive host and the art and objects d’art which furnish this special place are a treat in themselves. Our suite had a balcony overlooking the steep descent of terracotta roofs and an ancient bell tower all the way down to the sparkling sea. The breakfast room has a similar view and has an elegant communal table showcasing beautiful local ceramic dinner ware. Gabriella is a cheery hostess for breakfast, which is a generous and interesting continental one.Extra bonuses for guests are a library and lounge/bar, which has a little spiral staircase which gives you a spectacular view over beautiful Taormina.

Myself and my friend are currently staying at the Maison d'Art. I am in the mountain view suite and my friend is in the sea view suite. Both suites, and the whole property in general, are perfectly maintained. The level of attention to detail from the gorgeous art, to the comfort of the room to the incredible service is some of the best I have ever experienced in my life. The property is perfectly located just off central Taormina but far enough away from downtown that you can get a great nights sleep. This property is the home of Luca and his Uncle Enrico and its evident how much care and effort are put into this property to make it the perfect relaxing retreat and adult oasis for those seeking a beautiful and central place to stay and on top of all that, and the nightly rates are incredibly reasonable. The breakfast is fantastic and Nadia the housekeeper is delightful. I can't recommend this property highly enough. I will definitely return.

From the moment I walked into this lovely home I was impressed. I was greeted warmly by Luca, the charming owner. He brought my bags to my room and made sure that I was settled and comfortable. Along the way, I admired the beautiful artwork and sculpture that adorn this home. The room was perfect - beautifully decorated, plenty of space, and a great bed. Breakfast in the morning was lovingly prepared and delicious. The location is fantastic. Taormina is quite busy and so it is nice to get a little bit out of the center of things. Everything is an easy walk and at the end of a busy day, it was nice to return to a quiet, more residential area. I would love to visit Taormina again and would stay happily at Madison D’Art ❤️
