The receptionist “tattooed Indian” is an absolute disgrace to this hotel. His behavior is beyond unprofessional and raises serious concerns. He answers questions in a bizarre, sluggish manner and is often rude, acting as though he owns the place. Despite being just a paid receptionist, he treats customers like they’re beneath him. He has no respect for basic decency, handling NRIC cards carelessly as if they’re trash.His arrogance is unmatched. When I asked for the manager to address his appalling behavior, he had the audacity to claim, “I’m the manager,” and then challenged me, saying, “Do what you can.” This is how customers are treated here? With arrogance, disrespect, and blatant hostility? What’s more alarming is his suspicious conduct. He often reeks of bad breath, his eyes are red, and his behavior suggests he might be under the influence of ***** or alcohol. He’s been seen carrying beer and wandering around the hotel late at night. On one occasion, I even saw him go directly into a lady customer’s room, smelling foul and looking unkempt. Unusual noises came from the room afterward, completely inappropriate and disturbing behavior for hotel staff. Does the management even care about the reputation of their hotel? Are they allowing this kind of conduct without any oversight? Are drug tests even conducted for staff members? If this continues, the authorities AADK or the local police should be brought in to investigate. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for Muslims, families, or anyone with basic expectations of professionalism and safety.
