The initial room that I checked into, there was no hot water, room is dusty, there are insects in the bathroom, there is no divider or step for the shower area so the whole bathroom will be flooded when you take shower and traffic noise is very clear.  The new room has a great view and further away from the main road. There is a huge & dirty AC above the bed, so you’ll freeze while inhaling all the dust when you sleep. There’s also constant water splashing noise above the ceiling.  The staff is nice as they do their best to help, but hardware and maintenance are a big problem. Location and view are great!

Perfect for business travellers. They have a launderette which is perfect and convenient for me! The afternoon shift Front Office clerk, Suba was very helpful during my 2 night stay. Was also able to meet the residence manager, Derek who was very friendly and brought me out for a meal at a local eatery called Yean Yean! Overall it was a perfect for me and I will be looking forward to come back here again!

Appreciate: 1) Customer support WhatsApp replies very quickly and politely :). 2) Many food establishments nearby. Search “claypot restaurant” we ate there 4 days in a row even after shifting away from this hotel. 3) Swimming pool was nice and clean. 4) Antique decorations in the hotel looks amazing. 5) had 2 private carpark lots in the compound, there are parking spots outside of the compound as well, just unsure if it is legal. We were lucky to have at least 1 lot in the hotel during our stay. Can be improved: 1) Hotel has no reception, make sure customers gets their check in details before they arrive the hotel or at least just before 3pm. 2) Wifi speed can be faster. It failed a few times during my 3d2n stay there. The Mrs and I couldn’t even load google maps. Quite frustrating. Had to use my data. 3) Sound proofing maybe? We had a room facing the Main Street and in our room there’s a door that used to be able to open and go to the balcony but it’s blocked by a large wardrobe. This allowed the sound to travel through the door gaps. 4) toilet can be cleaner, check the floor traps and the make sure it’s clean, cleaner left a ball of hair stuck at the floor traps. 5) toilet floor can have anti slip strips. Really slippery. Had to ban my toddler from going into the toilet. 6) too many mosquitoes at the hotel. Fortunately we didn’t have it in our room.

Resort ala bali.. Bilik maharaja besar & ada separate room dgn 3 single bed.. Bilik biasa ada 1 king bed.. Sofa pon besar.. Cafe cantik. Makanan sedap tapi agak mahal sikit. But it's OK. Overall OK je.. Tapi pool kena check. Takut ada Masalah lagi ya.. So far staff dh setel. Okay la..

Dora was exceptional helpful in handling reception and any requests for us. We had a noisy room next to us, and she helped to find ways to change us to a more quite room. Thank you so much. The room(s) need some attention, AC compressor and fan are noisy. Bath shampoo/body wash dispenser weren't working. The pool was greenish and murking!

This time the homestay experience in Penang was simply great! The room was very clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the living was particularly comfortable and warm like home. Especially to mention the landlord sister, she is really very good, not only enthusiastic, but also very caring, took us to a lot of local fun places, like hidden niche attractions, very special and very good shooting! In addition, the restaurant she recommended is cost-effective and super delicious, and I really experienced the authentic Penang cuisine! If you come to Penang again, you will definitely choose to live here, I highly recommend it to everyone!
