Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

The location is average, not good or bad. The overall service is very good. The most important problem is the bath water. It is very small and very cold. It is not hot at all. When I stay in October, it will be very cold every time I take a bath. There is no kettle in the room. Others Everything is fine! I went to check out the breakfast in the morning because I was afraid that I wouldn’t be used to it, but I didn’t expect that the breakfast looked pretty good and deserves a thumbs up! People who are afraid of the cold and want to take a hot bath may not consider staying here!

spacious apartment at a good price. located in a building with a stylobate, where there is a large supermarket below. convenient location in the middle between the old town and the train station. the room was a bit cold and there were not enough sockets. otherwise everything is ok. spasibo

A fantastic Family hotel! the owner of the hotel as well as the staff are absolutely amazing people. They are very friendly and professional and excellent service provided to their guests. The hotel merits the 5 star rating. Excellent all around. Breakfast is worth praising for the selection and quality of the produce. The staff is very attentive to guests' needs and comfort. A word of praise for the assistant floor/reception manager who out of his way to see to it that my stay was pleasant and memorable. Would only advise not to arrange airport pick-up through the hotel. The service will cost more than double that of a regular taxi. Otherwise, and as a seasoned world traveler, I strongly recommend the hotel.
