Very unfriendly reception, I arrive hotel at 12:30, even room are ready, but ask to wait till 2 pm, after long complain then give me the room. When I call operator/reception from room, there are no answer all the times, service really bad.

Sorry sir/madam if I have to give an honest review, when I first entered the hotel room it smelled of cigarettes, the bathroom smelled of urine even though it had been flushed several times the smell was still there although it had reduced, on the bed sheet there was a little blood stain (even though neither I nor my friend were having PMS) and on one part of the red sheet there was a black stain, it seemed like the sheet had not been cleaned, the same goes for the bathroom, hopefully this will be good input for the future and will not happen again, thanks.

I booked the hotel for one night stay and very satisfied with it. The hotel is doing renovation for some rooms and area, and thankfully I am assigned to the new renovated room. Since it’s the new type so the room is clean and look more modern, also equipped with smart tv. The service is also great as the staffs are polite and very helpful when we asked for help. Very worth for the price and will definitely come back again.
