Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.

This facility is clean, however, I got a room which ac was broken plus the window seal was already bad so the outside noise was loud in the room. I asked the change of room but it was full, so I had to bear with the room which ac was rather hot. I slept without blanket. Furthermore, if you drive a car, the parking lot was designed tremendously narrow between building pillars. It takes skill to maneuver your car to park and avoid scraping your car against the pillars. Another matter was to many guests not wearing masks at the public area yet the staffs could not do anything about it, mostlikely because there were to many guests or the staffs were simply didnt care anymore.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

WiFi is horrible, needs to login everything even though Connect Automatically set on PC. Otherwise, for the price paid, no complaints.

The staff are friendly and understanding, starting from checking in, and checking out. Amazing welcome experience. I am not sure what's the name of receptionist that serve me on the 28/12? Please check your system to convey my thanks to this lady who is so professional, knowing what she's doing, always smiling, 😊 The checking in is so smoothly.From security to restaurant all staff are properly trained 👍I will definitely recommend to all my staff, Relatives, friends. Location is good. Close to Jakarta International Airport, Terminal 3. Selection of food for breakfast is quite a lot.

By my fortune, I travel with my friend who booked via Marriot Bon Voy. She got a call directly from the hotel for a pick up. So we went to the hotel by this service. I hope that Trip.Com should consider addling this service to your clients, free of charge. Other wise, we would have to wait a free shutter bus for every one hour. The hotel facilities, amenities, food, and service are excellent.
