Everything was awful.
The kitchen was closed so nowhere nearby to have an evening meal or breakfast.
The room was sweltering hot and even with the fan reception gave us, it was too uncomfortably hot to sleep
The service was poor and asking for extra pillows was like pulling teeth.
The reception staff seemed clueless and unable to understand the simplest of questions without repetition.

The staff and the service: totally incredible. The food was average at best, and there weren't many amenities, but it was located very close to 2 train lines which was extremely convenient. If you aren't planning to spend much time in your room, it's a great staging area for heading into London, going to and from the airport, or getting anywhere you need to. Priced right, especially for what you're getting. I would recommend it to friends and I would stay there again myself.

The room and hotel seemed clean throughout. The only exception was a Fan left in the room was clogged up with dust!!!. Obviously we would not turn that on despite it being quite a warm night. Staff friendly. No fried eggs at breakfast (Just scrambled). Someone took 12 rashers of bacon for himself so we had to wait quite a while for replacement. Selfish!

Booked this hotel before a flight at Gatwick and my brother live near to the hotel. Rooms was hot as the weather was and no AC it dose say this online Bar w good to have a few drinks before going out breakfast was ok staff was friendly and that make the hotel parking was cheap rooms are bigger than most hotels
