Fast checkin! Tara was very friendly at reception, as was the member of staff at the desk in the morning but i was unable to catch her name. The room was clean (228). Good view of the town from the room. I didnt realise it was a super room, so enjoyed the free kit kats! Bathroom was clean and the hair/body soap had been topped up! Will 100% visit again!

Stayed in room 110 was lovely and tidy. The lady called Katie at reception was very helpful when I kept needing help resetting my room key. She was always in a good cheery mood and was very happy to help. I slept really well each night. I couldn’t find a problem to complain about

Stayed here on a number of occasions the staff are wonderful they are friendly and welcoming, a big shout to Katie, nadia, Clare, Meg, Tara , Carol and all the cleaning staff. It's in a lovely area 5 minutes from town centre , I would recommend anyone to stay here, I've stayed at many hostels in the past and I'd have to say this ones the best .

The room and the bedding was dirty and the hotel was tired. Lots of stains on carpets and generally didn’t feel clean and fresh. Only plus was that the beds were comfy.

Excellent staff lovley central location Nadia Claire especially the along with Katie Tara and kelsy the lovley housekeeping staff who's training for promotion are all amazing Lee Megan hen the house keeper to where brilliant and efficient in there work and dealing with my family and dogs stayed on and off for a while to be honest and they were all amaIng nit one bad situation or complaint other than the cards sometime being troublesome to work lol abive all highly recommended and through all my years of travel and staying in hotels plus customer service I though it was refreshing to see good service still exists excellent by far along with location thanks again to the team and Claire and Katie my regular lady's along with Nadia

Travelodges are genuinely very basic but the renovation left the reception looking nice. Spacious and clean room. Plastic bathrooms, still clean and poor water pressure in shower. Free parking and just need to register number plate was easy. Welcoming and friendly staff at reception. Overall not a bad stay for Travelodge purposes but some very inconsiderate noisy guest shouting in the hallways and knocking very late on my door when wrong door knocking on.
