Budget option. It is a bit far from the city center. The rooms are clean and big enough. It has free parking what is a plus. If it gets hot there's a problem as the only way to coo down the room is by opening the window and there's noise and smoking from the bar downstairs.

After arrived at the "hotel" we immediately noticed that the room had a shocking smell of cigarettes and smoking. We called customer service and they said that they knew about smell. Told us that person in the room had been smoking there for the previous three nights. Customer service said that "we hoped you wouldn't notice". After a shocking conversation and twisting, we got a single room without a bathroom with a spare bed. We couldn't move in the room at all when the spare bed was open. We had booked a double room with our own bathroom. They did not agree to compensate in any way. Customer service didn’t apologize, nothing, He just said that they can't do anything if this happens. I said just borrow an ozone device from a neighbor company. Told its Too expensive. Never again.

We were unable to complete our planned visit to Finland in June 2022 and had to cancel a number of guests and alter the dates for others. Hotelli Ville dealt with our requests and refunds politely, efficiently, and speedily with the minimum of fuss. Good old-fashioned service goes a long way and is really appreciated in these uncertain times. Thank you.

used this hotel for the first time as a stop over on our trip to Vaasa; check-in by code, room clean and big enough, functuonal bathroom with water saving shower (++), free parking in the backyard (pretty full as there are all kind of car dealers around), surroundings not attractive (industrial) so I wouldn't go for an evening walk there. But all in all very good price quality ratio.
