부쉬가든 탬파 관련 출장길. 서비스 엉망, 불친절하고 대꾸도 제대로 하지 않는 종업원. 모든 종업원이 그렇지는 않았지만 트렁크 2개를 끌고 현관에 들어서는데 멀뚱멀둥 쳐다만 보는 호텔리어는 처음 봤습니다. 주차 공간이 차고 넘치는데, 유료 징수하는 것도 이해 불가.

Gutes Hotel nahe zum Bushgarden. Man hat uns zum Bushgarden gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Frühstück war amerikanisch doch ok. Was uns gestört hat ist, dass das ganze Geschirr aus Plastik bestand.

The check-in process was status quo with the caveat that there was no mention of a parking self-pay in the reaervation details. This might not be a big deal for some but I want to know if parking is not included. The room and condition of hotel was “so so” with not a lot of attention to general cleanliness. To some it up, it seems like housekeeping was givien the week off before our stay. Dirty elevators, unvacuumed hallways, and rooms that hadn’t really been cared for. Just not the kind of service I had come to expect from this hotel.

Our stay was good… check in at desk was fast and clerk was very efficient and friendly 😊 breakfast in the morning was very good… would stay at this location again (would bring my own pillow… pillow rating -0)

Overall was a great place but we had a room next some people that were not family friendly you could hear their conversation about adults stuff that my kids didn’t need to hear then at 2am the guy that checks parking was having an argument with some guy about his car they wake me from my sleep it was that loud and I was in the 2nd floor not a great experience

The staff was super friendly, all of them. The breakfast was by far better then their competition. Rooms were clean and nice.. great overall experience, we can't even think of a negative. All positive!

I like the property and how it is not right near the road. It is not very far from the parks and other attractions. If you have a child or family member going to school in the area, it would be a nice option.

We needed a room that would provide some privacy and extra space for our son to stay in the same room with us. We had medical appointments at Moffitt Cancer Center about 5 minutes away. There is a wall across half of the room separating the king size bed and the sleeper sofa that worked out well. This hotel was great. Nice people and comfy beds. Typical free breakfast. Because it is so close to Busch Gardens it has heavy use and shows some wear. Nothing serious just not the renovated look. We will definitely return.
