The environment and location of the hotel are very good, but the service is really bad! We arrived at the hotel around 1 pm, more than three o'clock to stay, queued for nearly two hours. The front desk service was poor. The Dead Sea floated at 5:30, and it was closed. It was equivalent to staying in the night, and it would also send flyers to the room. Let us check out at 11 o'clock. Leonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip! When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately. Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel! Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free. Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free. The food was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. The workers were pleasant and polite. We couldn't ask for more.

Yislot Hotel has its own private beach. There is also a separate swimming pool. The hotel environment is very good and the staff is friendly. The room was very comfortable, but unfortunately it was too hot that day at the Dead Sea. It was impossible to float at all during the day, so I rushed to experience it before breakfast the next morning. It feels really different
