Arrived Sunday 09/07/23, after a few hours, my wife want go to toilet, there was a young frog in the toilet
After a great discussion we got a room on the other side
At the 1 floor
Breakfast very pour, price 42 cd , value less then 5cd
We are with 2 persons, every day only 1 bottle 0,5l in the room
WiFi very slow and many times user I’d blocked
On phone was arranged , and writed on the internet shuttle airport 80CD
By leaving the hotel she call taxi price was 100CD
Please this hotel, deserved not for have 1 client

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were adequate. The food was very good. The reason for the low rating is that when we left they gouged us because we paid in US dollars. We were told we could pay in US dollars then they gouged us when we left. Left a bad taste, for sure.

The staff are always polite and helpful. The rooms are really spacious with a really comfortable bed. Ac in the rooms and no electricity outages. Has a restaurant and bar, also large shop attached to the garage within 5 minute walk. We always stay here when in Tamale. Never had any issues.

The room was basic (AC leaking, old bathroom) but okay for the price. Breakfast was okay, too, even if we didn't receive all we ordered. Unfortunately, Wifi did not work reliably. The most annoying were these 2 situations: When we arrived with the 3-wheel the staff didn't support us when the guy asked a price that was far too high, instead they pressured us to pay. The next day they organized a one-way trip to Mole National park at the usual increased rate for tourist (800 GHC). However, when we wanted to leave they added another 600 GHC (!!) "for the fuel". In 2 weeks traveling in Ghana this was fortunately the only situation that hotel staff behaved this way, so I think it is important to tell travelers to watch out.

Positive: - clean and well air conditioned rooms - proper beds - good food - attentions owner - excellent driver Ernest - the owner tried to solve obviously issues quickly with a lot of engagement Negative: - very, very lazy service staff which only worked when the boss was around (= no interesting in pamper guests and generate revenue) -＞ poor owner to have such people who are working for him - no motivated service team: phone pressing and watching Telenovelas or Bollywood more important than to do the service for guests and them feel comfortable - less cold drinks available then showed by the card Recommendation: Supervisor is needed for the period of owners absence. Conclusion: because of the really clean and good rooms and the attention boss is for one or two night accommodation fine. But beware: don’t have any expectations to the service team.

Our room was clean and well air conditioned. The toilet did not flush well, but there was a bucket there, allowing me to get water from the shower to flush it. There was no fan in the bathroom, so our room got rather stinky while I tried to get the toilet to flush. I could not get water to come out through the shower head, but it came out through the wand, which worked for me. A single coffee cup was provided, along with a electric kettle to boil water, one tea bag and one sachet of instant coffee. A second cup would have been appreciated because when we got up in the morning at 7 AM, the time we had discussed with the management when we arrived, the cook was not present, which delayed our breakfast and our departure. The internet password we were given when we arrived allowed us to connect to the network, but there did not actually seem to be any internet. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off of the wall. Everyone we dealt with there was friendly and helpful, so it wasn't a bad experience, but not a great one.

Excellent service for professional stay, and good price also. Air conditioning, clean and good service. The breakfast is included and you have the choice of its content. Two down points, which explains only four stars: The standard rooms are small, and they charge 2.5% for paying by credit card.
