The environment, facilities, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff are all good. However, the breakfast was too crowded and I wish there was more food available.

GGuest UserBeautifully designed hotel in a good location with fantastic views. Within the hotel, it advertised two restaurants. One restaurant did not exist. Additionally, the spa facilities advertised were non existent. The four seasons pool was cold. One receptionist (didn’t get her name) was amazing! Would not come back to this hotel, would try the competing hotel opposite.

TTHANYARATEverything about the accommodation was great. In the end, I have to thank the two staff members who helped and supported me and my family. They provided complete assistance in various aspects and even arranged a car service to take us to the airport. I love you both and truly appreciate it. Thank you!
