Lovely hotel 1- great nights sleep and a special thank you to Georg who went above and beyond his role to help a very distressed me when my phone went missing. I cannot thank him enough for being so helpful and kind. Hilton you definitely have staff member of the year if you ask me. Thanks Georg and I will be back

Hotel is brand new building that just opened a few months ago. The rooms are high standard with all you need from a hotel basically has all that a Hilton has even though a Hampton. TV huge with many entertainment options, The huge lobby area was interesting and gym was pretty good for a hotel gym. Staff attitude was pretty talkative once you warmed them up a bit. Location is excellent right in front of tram station with straight connection to port. The only complaint about this hotel is awful quality of the breakfast. It should be completely redone obviously. Even the porridge was disgusting, watery and inedible which is strange as usually they know how to make an excellent porridge in Estonia with plenty of wholesome and sumptuous milkiness and creaminess in the oats as is custom in the country to use dairy to soak the grains. The cheese looked like C class and fruit as B class rather than A class. There were no ecological eggs on offer but only the ones where the animals have been mistreated. Vegetarian options were poor indeed and even the bread was not quality. Only the tea and automated coffee machines were fine and I don't remember having anything else than white bread with toast with butter and a pot of tea, as everything else was not to my liking. The hotel lobby menu was also only burger and stuff just like that. But as a hotel of course the place deserves a rating of very good 4/5.
