Ulasan Ibis Tallinn Center

Terlambat datang dengan bus dan memilih menginap disini karena dekat dengan terminal bus. Hotel Ibis yang bagus karena semua harapan untuk hotel Ibis terpenuhi - kebersihan dan nyaman. Hebatnya lagi, ini adalah hotel ibis paling luas yang pernah saya tinggali.

Kamarnya bersih dan relatif baru. Sarapannya sederhana. Restoran hotel hampir kosong saat makan siang dan saya masih harus menunggu selamanya untuk dilayani dan pesanan saya diambil. Pelayan itu sadar aku memasuki restoran. Sayang sekali karena makanannya enak.

Terletak 8 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun bus, 11 menit - ke Stockmann, 24 menit - ke kota tua. Proses check in yang lancar. Staf yang baik secara umum (meskipun wanita di resepsi mengabaikan saya ketika saya menyapanya di pagi hari). Kamar saya memiliki pemandangan jalan. Tenang (jika jendela ditutup), bersih, nyaman, tempat tidur dan bantal bagus. Yang saya butuhkan ada di sana. Sarapannya enak (kontinental, prasmanan).

No kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.

Great hotel with reasonable prices. I liked the ease nmd friendliness of the reception team, I had to change rooms due to noisy neighbours and it was not a problem. The only negative for me is the lack of storage in the room and lack of single-use items. Whilst I understand the eco point, some travellers do find themselves in situations where extra items could help.

Good budget hotel, very clean, comfortable bed. Nice free coffees and teas from the machine near reception. Sound insulation is not the best as was woken up by moving furniture noises. Walking distance to the bus station.

Clean room, fantastic bathroom with a nice shower to enjoy an energizing bath. The position of the hotel is full of means of transportation to reach the city center in a couple of minutes. There is free coffee, tea and water on the ground floor. The personnel was friendly and let us leave our luggage even after checking out. Reasonable price for the quality of service. Furthermore, a nice breakfast can be enjoyed (we suggest the international breakfast).

My room was tidy and neat, all amenities were available. There was a spacious and really comfy interior in my room including a queen-size bed, wardrobe, table, chargers, TV, and great private bathroom.

Location is perfect to get to the Tallinn bus station. Breakfast was great quality.

This is an up to date, modern hotel in a beautiful city. Tallinn is fairly small and quiet, but with a rich history. The staff are very congenial. The hotel is close to the airport; I walked from the airport to the hotel at about 2 AM. Very safe. A bus stop is steps from the front door.
