Hot water is available. Water dispenser is available to refill, AC is good. Bed is comfy. Location is good. Bus stop directly outside going to tanauan city . The only down side is floor is dirty

don't book here because if you have a little problem they will take your money and reject your request. I think the owner is desperate for money and it's also their fault that they rejected your request. That's how it's worthless and the service is poor. especially the hotel!.. even don’t try to download the apps of trip.com they no refund and they don’t care about there clients.

The room was good, staff was helpful. There's a nice hotel nearby where you can have breakfast with a nice view. Unfortunately you can't climb the volcano currently, this was very disappointing. I'd stay there again when climbing is allowed

The biggest advantage is that housing prices are cheap.
The sound insulation is poor, you can hear the sounds of cars outside, and the air conditioner is noisy. It is recommended to wear earplugs.
There is no drinking water provided and there are no chairs in the room.
If you use Google Maps to navigate, remember to enter Club Balai Isabel.

There were no bath towels.
Toilet paper, soap, and shampoo were handed to me first.
The transformer was Type A.
The air conditioner was very cool.
The shower had some hot water.
There was nothing particularly concerning.
I think this is a good Red Door hotel.
