Alma Loft

I cannot find enough words for how enjoyable it was to stay at Alma Loft this week. Everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff was so kind and helpful, this was the most relaxing/enjoyable trip that I’ve had in years. The food was phenomenal and I looked forward to eating at every meal time, I didn’t even want to leave the hotel to try any other restaurants during my stay. A special thank you to Anna Lu, Nacho, Jose, Jose, Daniel, and everyone who took such amazing care of us this trip. I will definitely be back soon.

After a long trip from New York, arriving at Alma Loft was like finding a little piece of Heaven. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and accommodating during our stay. Claudia and Pauline went out of their way each day to make sure we were comfortable and continuing to ask if we needed anything. The hotel service was an absolute A+. The food was amazing and the head Chef took great care of us for each meal - explaining all the specials he had and even did he best speaking English. The location was ideal - private beach to relax, pool with spectacular views and the sunsets every night were mind blowing. A quick tuk-tuk ride to town if you wanted more action. It felt very safe the entire time as there were always security guards at the entryways. I couldn't imagine being catered to any better than the service we received by everyone on the premises. I noticed most guests stayed for a shorter amount of time but I'm so glad we stayed the full week at AlmaLoft. Highly recommend to anyone that is visiting the Mancora Area!

My family and I recently spent an unforgettable week at the Alma Loft in Las Pocitas, and we couldn't have been more impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The hotel's location right on the coast provided breathtaking views of the ocean, and we were fortunate enough to witness some of the most stunning sunsets we've ever seen. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from the hotel staff. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, we can't recommend the Alma Loft highly enough. It's the perfect destination for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and soak up some of the natural beauty that Northern Peru has to offer.

I came to Alma after doing a long and intense trek in Cusco and Machu Picchu and got exactly the quiet and relaxation I was craving, along with extremely friendly and thoughtful service from the fabulous staff. Bruno was so nice and welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, often going out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Pauline and Lula were also super nice and attentive, and made my stay very pleasant. The rooms are gorgeous, tasteful and comfortable, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. All day you are treated to the gentle sights and sounds of wave crashing a few meters from your door, and this is especially nice as you fall asleep and wake up. Speaking of sleep, I slept extra well at Alma, between the relaxing days you can't help but experience, the comfortable bed, and the calm and quiet atmosphere. I loved lounging in their private beach section and swimming in the warm ocean, having it mostly to myself every day. The pool was also super fun, and a great place to enjoy the sunset, and the long period of colorful sky that follows. Every night watching the sunset was a very special treat, from my deck, the beach, or the open air restaurant. I loved eating the delicious breakfast there every morning, and several excellent lunches and dinners as well. And when you don't want to leave your beach lounge chair or your room, you simply send a whatsaap text requesting food and drink and it is brought to you in a flash. I highly recommend Alma and am already planning to go back!

Fui en familia junto con mi hijo, la pasamos bien. Sin embargo si consideramos que al Hotel le falta MANTENIMIENTO a sus áreas comunes, piscina, tina de habitaciones, maderas. Así mismo mejorar la iluminación de sus baños, es súper baja, también había un pasillo oscuro. La habitación donde estuve, estaba cerca a las escaleras que van para la playa y me tocó sentir olores desagradables como desagüe. En el bar que da para la playa nunca hubo personal que atendiera, no era nada cómodo ese ambiente podría estar mejor, sombrillas afuera de la playa, eso no había. Sugiero que también tengan algún espejo de cuerpo completo no había en alguna área común o habitación tal vez, a veces uno quiere mirarse como está vestido. Tampoco había teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse con recepción siempre fue por WhatsApp. El personal súper amable todo el tiempo.

Una de las mejores experiencias en hoteles de las playas del norte. La habitación impecable, incluso tuvimos acceso a un upgrade sin costo. Todo el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La comida exquisita, puedes solicitarla para la habitación sin costo adicional. El desayuno estuvo genial, muy completo y realmente son ingredientes caseros y naturales.
