𝙋𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙆𝙝𝙖𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙠 - Front desk staff, check in, check out, ask for help, ask for information. All Accor gives good information. Give 10/10. - The parking lot in the school is very small, probably 10-12 cars. You have to go to the dirt lot outside. If it rains at night, it's a mess. At night, it's dark and there's not much light. After checking out, Pakki drove me to the car. But the guest must carry and lift the bag up and down by yourself Observed from other guests as well. 3/10 - The room is clean, the mattresses are 3.5 feet apart but do not use a large duvet at all, the bathroom is separated by a curtain and there is no door. The end of the air curtain can pass through the hole into the bathroom. It was too cold to take a shower, the water was not strong. 5/10 - Gym clean and airy 10/10 I would like to ask those involved to improve and develop it as well.

We stayed at the resort for two nights with the all inclusive package and had a blast. Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable. The check in was smooth and the staff really polite and service minded, We booked the standard room but the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger deluxe room as we had requested to be as close to the sea as possible. We were so happy with the upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a large bathroom with a huge bathtub. The view was really nice and you could hear the waves from the beach in the morning and evenings. Perfect for me, my partner and our 2-year old. If we would return, we would book the deluxe room for sure. The breakfast had everything you could wish for and more. On top of that, the surrounding in the breakfast restaurant felt calm and relaxing so we could really enjoy our breakfast. We liked the gym. It was small but very nice and clean with everything you need. It was open 24/7 which we appreciate. The all inclusive package was worth every penny. The food was delicious and we especially loved the little coffee shop by the reception area. The staff there were really polite and sweet. During sunset we sat by the beachbar and enjoyed the stunning scenery with a glass of ice cold sparkling wine. We saw a few restaurants and massage houses close to the resort but never made a visit since we had the all inc. package.

First the pros: delicious varied breakfasts, very high quality bed linen and towels, the staff is very responsive. Now the cons: the hotel is very tired, the furniture in the deluxe is very old. Results: for this kind of money, there are much better hotels nearby.

Really nice 5 stars hotel to stay. Room is new,quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended! Totally worth the price! Definitely will visit again

The hotel in Khao Lak town is so beautiful. The check-in is very smooth, the environment is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. I booked a two-bedroom villa. The living room is a bit small, and the own swimming pool is not big, but it is just right for children to play. After playing, they can jump directly to the beach to play. The beach is private to the hotel and very quiet. The hotel children's playground is not available, but it is full of good quality wooden toys that can be played for a long time. I don't know why it closes at 5 o'clock. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it is very delicate. There are not many adult activities in the hotel. Muay Thai is recommended. The bicycle (paid) tour is average and not recommended. The disadvantage is that the water temperature of the villa's swimming pool is low. There is shade in the morning but the water is cold. It is super sunny between 10-4 o'clock and you can't go into the water. Then the refrigerator and bathroom are not replenished in time every day. I am not very satisfied with this price. The leftovers were left at the door one night. No one took them away the next morning. A big lizard was attracted. I was scared to death.

Very enjoyed the hotel. Very gentle, stylish and pleasant. Hospitable hosts and very friendly girls - staff. All responsible are suitable for their duties and perform well. Clean rooms - cleaning daily.  We had a room with a view to the lake - noise in the evenings was not heard from the street.   Near the hotel there is a north elevation in pedestrian accessibility, pharmacy, and night market.   Very advised cafe opposite the hotel lacky - deliciously cooked.  To the sea go 700m Beach is good, wide.   The only nuance of the hotel , which you want to pay attention to is breakfast every day the same. Would like a variety.  In the rest of the hotel is excellent. Very advised.

Stayed at Paradise resort with my partner in villa 104 and loved it. Villa is large and beautifully appointed, in beautiful location right near the beach.Staff sensational, restaurant has beautiful food, breakfast more than adequate, surrounded by trees and mountains in the distance. Truly had a wonderful stay, sorry to leave
