作為攜程的黑鑽貴賓 我強烈建議大家 庫克羣島不要在拉羅湯加停留 直接去艾圖塔基 這個酒店不知道是怎麼評上SLH成員的 酒店非常小 沒有spa 除了客房就衹有一家餐廳 客房服務菜單和餐廳菜單完全一致 吃幾天就膩了 房間設施看起來就像國內的快捷酒店 酒店床單看起來臟兮兮黑黑的 而且很潮濕 餐廳的女性服務員看起來非常不友好 因為吃海鮮撥殼 我們想要一些紙巾 她們的態度真的極差 説她們不提供紙巾 桌子上有餐巾布 客房服務送餐的服務員 臉拉的特別長 一直瞪我是幾個意思 最可笑的是 因為嫌酒店的毛巾臟我們全程都衹用了自己帶的毛巾 退房後好像房間的毛巾找不到了 來問我們 這裏態度是很好的 我説沒看到 離開後發現她們竟然給我寄存在禮賓部的行李袋子弄破了一個洞 我每天小費都10刀10刀的給 懷疑客人拿你們一條破毛巾嗎 這太可笑了 並且我們下午的飛機 讓我們早上10點必須退房還不能延遲 我真的第一次遇到這樣的 坐在大堂裏空調也沒有 乾等 酒店工作人員直接都躲進自己辦公室吹空調了 連杯水都沒有 退房就根本沒人管我們了 真是無語至極 呼籲大家不要住這家 非常糟糕的體驗

resort不錯，本地比較熱門的一家，3k一晚還是挺貴的，性價比一般般，雖然坐擁主島最好的沙灘和泄湖，但是和離島還是完全沒法比，住一晚感受一下倒是還行。

Dear friends, We stayed 2 days at this wonderful resort. We were warmly welcomed with 2 refreshing coconuts waiting at our bungalow. The property looks like a little paradise and very clean. Our Bungalow was perfect with air condition as well as with a ceiling fan. Internet 10/10! Outdoor shower as well as indoor. A little kitchen countertop with coffee & selection of tea’s, and a fridge. 2 umbrellas ☔️ & 2 sun loungers and a little garden just for us. The staff are fantastic - so helpful - did let me charge my phone as my cable got broken. Met with the very kind Managing Director Mr. Greg he guided us to restaurants and cafes this was a huge help to us. He is very nice - thanks to him we are really well. The breakfast is complementary “Continental “ - it was perfect! Selection of freshly cut fruits Freshly baked - still hot cupcakes, granola, choices of yogurt, toast, butter, marmalade, juices coffee or tea. This place gets a 10/10 The beach right in front with the pool looking over the sea Free parking at the hotel too. Perfect place to stay

We travelled around the island and can say for sure that Little Poly stands out. It's located on the best side of the island in terms of views - turquoise lagoon and white powdery sand greets you any time of day, regardless of the tide. The views are picture perfect like straight out of a brochure. The staff are the best, so friendly and greet you by name...love the personal touch! The tropical brekkie was healthy and sufficient. What we loved most was the staff going over and beyond in terms of keeping things flexible. There's always a gap between check-out at one place and check-in at another and/or with flights schedules. Little Poly did more then they needed to in terms of making us comfortable during those gaps, holding our bags, providing access to the room when ready instead of strictly waiting for check-in times (another place made us wait strictly until check-in when the room was clearly ready, I don't see the logic in that). The pool was amazing. They provide complimentary snorkeling gear, reef shoes, kayaks and SUPs and filtered water. We loved our stay so much that we are already planning a group trip in the near future.

Beautiful beachside villa with comfortable bedding and private outdoor shower. We enjoyed the peaceful and private amenities and were well looked after by the team at Little Polynesia. The view was incredible and snorkeling right out front superb. The food and drinks were delicious, the coconut jam a hit. We shall certainly return.

We loved this resort. It was quite late when we arrived but were taken to our bungalow and given cold coconut water. The bungalows are very private and beautifully decorated. We loved the very helpful staff, both at the front desk and the restaurant. The food was very good, the continental breakfast very sufficient.

Wow what an exceptional place to stay with a large clean very well appointed rooms to the bedding,hot water,air conditioning and the quality of the room is outstanding and most of all privacy Greeted upon arrival with a warm and organized reception team,the stay was faultless from check in to check out. One of the most pleasant experiences with this resort is the staff,the reception team,housekeeping,restaurant and the maintenance guys truly treat this resort like it’s their own,everyone is happy helpful and are very eager to please,rarely do you get a hug and a smile from the staff when you arrive for dinner they are a very warm bunch. A resort is nothing without staff and all of these lovely people go well beyond the call of duty. The menu is at a 5 star level and sitting by the pool with the lagoon in the back ground makes you appreciate the care the chef has put in to the meals even more. Last of all this is not a low budget resort but the whole package is well worth the price for an unforgettable experience. Congratulations little Polynesian for an outstanding and well run resort it was an absolute pleasure to stay with you guys Many thanks Glenn and Jen
