It was a terrible experience staying at this hotel in Takamatsu Kagawa. I booked a room at this hotel on Trip.com, paid for the stay, Trip.com sent me a voucher to check in at the hotel. Upon arrival in Takamatsu city and arrival at the hotel, it turned out that there was no staff at this hotel and check-in was only possible through a terminal check-in, but for this you need a QR code, which was not provided to me. All attempts to check in were unsuccessful, and it was impossible to get through to the hotline. I had to look for another hotel in the city late at night, it was very expensive, and it was terrible!
I hope that the hotel and Trip.com will refund my money.
