Love Ryokan ShinSen very very much, we are very very enjoyable! All staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing Chef Cooking on dinner and breakfast. Very full each meals. Nice room with Spa. This price all worth it. I would recommend to friends if they go Fukuoka

Excellent service. Staff stand on the roadside to welcome us when our 2 cars arrived. Dinner is tasty. There is a small private onshen in our room but unfortunately no public onshen provided. To our surprise,ladies can try on colorful japanese clothes, we really have fun.

今次是我第一次入住傳統的日式溫泉旅館，雖然只住了一晚，但這是我在整個福岡之旅中最滿意的旅館。所謂“知微見著”，旅館內的每一處陳設，從牆上的電制版面、洗手盆旁的洗手液器皿，到浴室柔軟的浴巾和精緻的餐具，都顯示出館主的品味與用心經營。早餐和晚餐各自安排在不同風格的個室，讓我們能在有限的時間內享受日式與西式的獨特風情。餐點用心烹調，味道豐富，食材新鮮地道。晚餐後下雨時，我查詢了旅館庭院的開放時間，店員們立即熱情地撐傘帶我到已關閉的庭院參觀。最後在退房時，他們更幫我們在旅館門口拍照留念。這一切都讓我感受到旅館的用心經營和誠摯服務，食物水準也相當高，讓我期待再次入住。

這家從一踏入門口即有車道指導 進入店內則有所有服務人員跪著迎接我們到來 這家內部可能就不歡迎行動不方便的旅客 若只能坐輪椅可能會弄壞榻榻米 至於其他部分如住宿設備、泡湯、尤其是晚餐非常完美 應該是這輩子吃過最好吃的牛肉了 除了價格以外，非常推薦這家旅館

結婚30周年記念で初めて利用しました。 前日に黒川温泉の黒川荘に泊まり、風呂が最高に良かったので、大浴場がないのでどうかなぁって思いましたが、それを打ち消すサービスの充実。バスタオル等のこまめな交換。大満足です。 ドライヤーはダイソン。アメニティはブルガリ。妻も大満足でした。 30周年記念にお祝いのメッセージとスパークリングワインも。

網上都推薦的神仙旅館及這個名字很吸引我們去，這個酒店的房間還可以，主要貴在服務上及餐食，當然這是一家陽氣很足的酒店，就是感覺很舒服

我哋一行4人第一次去高千穗旅遊，朋友大力推薦一定要住『神仙』，所以我哋就訂了2間戽，由泊車接待，講解房間，預定晚餐和早餐，接待員都很好和貼心，英語水平都很好，房間潔淨，溫泉♨️水超正，晚餐和早餐都好新鮮和美味，係我哋會再住和推薦朋友的溫泉旅館

順和風旅館，晚餐很捧，室內的露天風呂環境很舒適，旅館距離高千穗硤很近，可以走路或坐計程車過去，不用一早去搶停車位！

Shinsen Ryokan is one of the most amazing ryokan that my wife has ever visited. The service is impeccable. The staff were all highly attentive and are often highly anticipatory of our needs. The hotel re-defines luxury. The cuisine that is part off the meal plan is exquisite, the ryokan has an extensive wine and saki cellar. That was kind of wasted on us as both my wife and I do not drink.Unfortunate. We would have thoroughly enjoyed the curated collection otherwise. We stayed in the "Kumano" villa. It was lovely with an amazing garden. All villas come with private onsen which was wonderful for my wife and I who are foreigners who are uncomfortable with using public baths. The ryokan is also conveniently located within easy drive to the famed Takachiho Gorge. We were excellently cared for by our assigned host, Megumi who worked tirelessly to make our stay comfortable. It was an amazing experience. It is an absolutely 5-Hoshi experience through and through!
