我要實名舉報，老闆服務態度惡劣，衞生差，空調不製冷，明明定了兩張床非得安排睡一張床，説什麼網上定的單不想接！既然你不想接就不要做網上生意，沒必要把脾氣發在客人頭上，讓我們凌晨兩點半退房，大半夜讓我們去哪裡找賓館？希望有關部門整頓一下！！！
