A really smooth, easy and enjoyable experience. The nice fellow who checked us in late Friday, and who we saw again on Saturday evening was a considerate and thoughtful professional who helped make our stay better, so sincere thanks to him and the whole team. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious; noticeably better than similar kinds of hotels in much larger cities. Room was clean, sheets crisp and the bed was comfy. The location allowed us to do the larger tourist things and then still walk back. All round a splendid choice I was well pleased with afterwards.

The location is pretty good~ There are many good things about this store~ I wanted to give a better evaluation of this store~ Everything else is fine~ Just the service~ I am very dissatisfied~ 1. When checking in, the waiter actually asked me for my mobile phone. I thought he wanted to check the order. But... it turned out that he just opened WeChat and followed the official account to redeem points... What is this behavior? I can't understand it at all~ 2. They provided a service to drop off at the train station. It was originally very good, but they told me that they could only leave on time. I think this is very understandable. However, they told me that they needed to arrive fifteen minutes early because they needed someone to accompany them. I I also expressed my acceptance...but the situation is very strange. This person seems to be an internal staff of the hotel, because he has been chatting with the driver about hotel matters~ This behavior does not take the customer seriously~ I should have given a good review~because the hotel is good in all aspects~but these two items really made me have to persuade me to leave~

I saw this hotel on Trip.com . When I booked, I saw that this hotel had a special car pick-up service. Because I came from the train station, I had to take a taxi, so I called in advance to consult. I had to make an appointment one hour in advance without any hidden fees. The driver was very good to help carry the luggage. It was very pleasant to chat all the way. When I checked in, the front desk informed that there was free freshly ground coffee ☕️ that I could send it to the room with a robot. I didn’t need to come down to get it. I could continue after drinking it. Because there are more luggage and clothes on business trips, the hotel also has a free laundry service for the waiter to wash it and send it to the room and also help to fold it. On the sofa, the service of this hotel makes people feel very warm, the waiter is also very good, and the warm greeting will really feel like at home. I recommend it to all friends who need to travel.

On the day of check-in, the staff called to confirm the time and friendly reminder of the underground garage entrance, which was very considerate~ The atmosphere is modern and compatible with cultural cultivation, tea tables, book walls, courtyard coffee lofts, and a small scene at every step. I like it very much~ The hotel has an excellent location. There is a willow garden directly opposite. Within a 3-kilometer walk, you can check in at Nanshan Lu Temple, Wanghai Tower, Meiyuan, Old Street, Qiaoyuan and other old city attractions. Stay for 2 nights and walk in the garden unconsciously, drink morning tea, eat crab roe buns, there is a kind of happiness called Taizhou!

The location of the hotel is very good and it makes people feel very convenient. The hotel's room is very clean and comfortable. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, the response speed is fast, and it makes people feel very intimate. Staying at this hotel is a very satisfying experience! The environment is beautiful, the atmosphere is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, making people feel at home.

Traditional hotel built in the style of the old house, the thick carpet in the corridor is new, the room is very clean, and there is no mess in the details, which is very admired. Especially the bathroom faucet is as bright as new, and the mirror thief is bright without a stain, praise. The greetings on the bed, small toys, and the bait fed by the fish pond under a small bag on the table, are all nuanced. The service desk is extremely serviced. Seeing people who seem to be the boss, the attitude is also very good, and the people are humble and kind.

It was a particularly good stay. First of all, the room was clean and tidy. Secondly, when I ordered takeout, a small robot delivered it to me so I didn’t have to go down to get it. Finally, I really liked the fish soup wontons for breakfast. Huazhu is a trustworthy brand. I didn't take many photos. Anyway, I was quite comfortable during the two days I stayed here.

The room is very large and spacious, in good sanitary condition, and the facilities are a bit old, but it is clean and very cost-effective. It is an old hotel with super good service attitude, worth recommending and thumbs up!

I've stayed here 2x now. I love Qin Lake, so it's an easy walking distance from the lake. I would especially recommend going to the lake at night when it is lit up, and there are no crowds. My room was quite large with a sort of 1920's ambiance and a large bathtub. I'm sure I will stay here again as I don't live very far away--it's a nice staycation if you feel like you want an escape from your apartment but not to go very far.

I asked for a replacement pair of slippers at the front desk and on the phone, and was told that they would be delivered right away, so I didn’t have to pick them up myself. I waited until check-out the next day and didn’t see them. I couldn’t be bothered to talk about this kind of service... The breakfast was so-so.
