半年第第三次入住，給父母定的，攜程上面是4-7層，然後給的是9層，默認了，先給了923，最邊上，窗户是正常房間的三分之一，進去就聯繫前台換房間，前台説給我留的最好的房間，呵呵呵，還好之前住過幾次，不然真的得感動，後面還是強硬的換了房間，體驗感非常差

服務一塌糊塗，入住安排在婚房隔壁，我們又不知道別人明天結婚。難道前台入住的服務員基本常識都沒有嗎，隔壁從11點吵到1點。我打電話到前台投訴的。結果隔壁3點多一直吵到天亮。不怪隔壁人家結婚熱鬧正常的，酒店服務基本常識都沒有，害我們一晚上沒有睡好。
