The location was very convenient, with a popular breakfast restaurant nearby, and it was close to the night market and Tiehua Village. The receptionist was kind and the service was good. The hotel offers free bicycle rentals, and although they are a little old, they are convenient for riding around nearby areas. The building and interior are a little old, but they have a retro feel and are fine for staying there. There is also a coin laundry nearby.

Had a super good deal (price for the room) on trip.com. Would recommend this hotel for sure to everyone who visit Taitung. Great location (city center). Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open. There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer). The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

The location is in the city. It is very convenient for shopping. There are parking spaces, but there are only about 12 spaces. You can park in the temple opposite... The interior of the room is clean. The paintings on the wall are very realistic. I thought they were stickers. They are quite nice

We stayed at the Kangqiao Hotel in Taitung. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and made people feel relaxed. The breakfast options are rich and delicious, with a variety of varieties, and the late night snacks are also very delicious and satisfying. The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The overall stay experience is very pleasant. I will recommend it to relatives and friends.

I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.

Very good and value for money due to location, friendly staff, snacks provided, good breakfast variety. Only complain is the toilet design. Should have a slight partition so that when bath will not wet the whole toilet But overall a great recommendation

It is in a remote area, so transportation is not very convenient. The front desk service is good, the room is nice, and the bathroom has a bathtub where you can soak in hot springs. It's a pity that I didn't go to the hotel's hot springs. #I rented an electric car at the Century Hotel next door. I rented a problematic one. The battery was always used up quickly, so I couldn't go too far.

Perfect location, near the bus station and the railway artists village. Shared room (female only) is huge, with in room bathroom, sinks and fridge. Clean and comfortable. It's a staffless hostel so self check in and check out, you're never going to meet staff, there's no key to the locker, you need to go to another address on the same road to get it. The bathroom is a semi-wet one, not ideal for a six people room in my opinion but still not a problem for a budget room. I would stay again.

If your company can increase the price and upgrade in the future, it should be better! The room is average, under every place, such as under the long table of the TV, under the chair, and under the cabinet next to the bed, it seems that it has not been swept for a long time, and it has been sucked into the dust at night. Like last year, the same room we went to the year before seemed to be different. The clean and comfortable past was gone, which was a pity! Other food and drink are not bad, but the basic clean and tidy should be there, otherwise, it is disgusting!
