I chose to travel around the island without any plans after the Chinese New Year. I chose Shuguang as my last stop in Taitung. The scenery around the mountains was beautiful and the room was simple and cozy.
The kids had a blast in the play area.

The rooms are wide and clean, with a few ants near the walls. Except for bicycles, there are no other special facilities.

This is my second stay, and I chose the highest floor for the second time. It is better than the first floor, and the sound insulation is good, because many teachers will bring students from the baseball team to check in, and the noise is very loud. The second stay is really relatively good Comfortable, open kitchen and tables and chairs are provided on the first floor for everyone to use, but they are often occupied😅, which makes other residents very embarrassed😳

Moon villa is a good place to stay if you need to be near the train station. The rooms are clean and simple. The host was friendly and did her best to communicate with me in English. I did stand outside for 30 min waiting for someone to let me in, and had to get my Taiwanese friend to call to tell them I was there. The breakfast was good, if you are vegan there are less options available. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
