I originally booked Naruwan Galaxy Hotel, but a few days ago I was notified by phone that it was upgraded to Naruwan Grand Hotel! Check in at 17pm It's just that the parking lot smells very smokey! Not quite acceptable The counter staff should be a little bit nicer. The room was nice and big! With a baby! The sound insulation is slightly poor! I can still hear people talking next door! But it's my first time here and the overall feeling is good👍 Looking forward to bringing my family here next time 😌

Because the hotel's hot spring pool was temporarily notified for maintenance, we arranged to transfer to Naruwan Hotel to stay. Overall, I was satisfied. The children's play area, hot springs, and the gas station opposite and the electric vehicle supercharging station were very convenient.

The room is big, but the toilet is very small. The toilet is too close to the sink. It feels oppressive to go to the toilet. The toilet is easy to get clogged. I press the flush button and watch the water in the toilet get more and more. High, I feel really scared in my heart 😬 It is recommended that the breakfast buffet dishes can be changed. Otherwise, if you eat breakfast for three days, the dishes will be the same for three days. At least the vegetables can be changed 😂 Overall it was a good experience!
