The service staff is friendly, and the hotel provides a variety of free biscuits, coffee, drinks, ice cream and other afternoon snacks, as well as a filling dinner. The breakfast buffet is also not sloppy and is highly recommended. Each room door has a glass door to improve the sound insulation effect, which is very thoughtful. The only pity is that the wooden floor in the room is too slippery. If you can find a way to improve it, the stay experience will be better~

I have stayed here twice before on a cruise train trip and had a good impression. This time I came to Taitung and chose this place to stay. The overall feeling was good, but the breakfast attendant was very strange. There were obviously several people sitting alone in four-person seats, but they wanted us to sit at a very close table with other guests. After I made my suggestion and asked if I could sit on a high chair, they still insisted that we sit in a double seat. The two foreign tourists next to us sat in a four-person seat. Later, many other double guests who came in also sat in four-person seats. Because my husband and I are a little fat, there are other four-person seats on the scene. I felt treated like a Pepin. However, the breakfast meal was very rich and delicious, and the unpleasantness was immediately soothed.

The hotel room is very tidy. The mountain view room has floor-to-ceiling glass on both sides, which is very beautiful when the sun shines. Only the bathroom is supplied with hot spring water, so there has been scale on the faucet for a long time. This is not a big problem. The biggest shortcoming is that the bathtub was not cleaned enough, leaving some old mud stains from previous residents on the bottom of the bathtub. I hope it can be improved! Breakfast was served in the lobby on the ground floor. The food quality and selection were satisfactory. I appreciated that vegetarian options were available and other food was also delicious. The hotel has a hollow design, and the natural light from the roof falls into the restaurant. The restaurant area itself is spacious enough, making it feel as comfortable as being in an open-air place.

This time I stayed at Villa Hotel. This is my second visit. There is a small independent swimming pool in the room, and there is also a hot spring in each room. Once you enter the room, you don’t want to go out! The first choice for accommodation every time you come to Chishang!

Environment: The neighborhood is very convenient. There are convenience stores, bus stops, snack bars, shopping malls, large supermarkets and night markets are also within walking distance. Facilities: The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is great. There is a sofa, facing the path, and quiet at night; the breakfast is good and quite rich. There are many TV stations for entertainment before bed hhhh

Had a super good deal (price for the room) on trip.com. Would recommend this hotel for sure to everyone who visit Taitung. Great location (city center). Love the design of the hotel. Nice relaxing space, big shared kitchen, green and open. There is a laundry area (to be paid for the wash machine and dryer). The staff is very friendly. Specially the girl at the reception when I checked out, could change my non-used voucher for a souvenir from the hotel (bag). The best hotel (price and quality) during my 9 days trip through Taiwan (Taipei, Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung, Tainan).

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

As soon as you arrive at the hotel entrance, a waiter will guide you to park the car. The hotel lobby is very grand and the service staff is very friendly. My room is on the second floor. The room is very big, the bed is big, and the sound insulation is very good👍! The view outside the room's window is great~ It's just a pity that we didn't see the sunrise on a cloudy day when we came~ Personally, I think late night snacks and breakfast are quite ordinary.

The hotel is located next to a main road, but it is not noisy. There is a dedicated parking lot for guests to park for free. When we stayed, we also informed the group guests about the breakfast time so that we could avoid it and enjoy a delicious breakfast more leisurely!
