I planned a long trip to Xiachuan Island. I originally booked a three-day and two-night trip. In the typhoon weather, I queued up to enter the port of Shanzui to park. I queued up to board the boat to the scenic spot and queued up for a tourist bus. I only knew that it was not by the sea. From the hotel downstairs to the opposite beach 😂 The hotel is renovated, the facilities are old, the room has no balcony, the room does not want to take pictures 🤣🤣 One of the four beds makes a sound when one of the beds turns over! The clerk service of their home is still ok, you can contact at any time if you have any questions!

It's not bad. It happened to be the off-season when I went there, so there weren't many people. The hotel is old-fashioned, but the facilities are quite complete. The scenery is beautiful and the greening is well done. However, there are more mosquitoes at night, but it's not bad.

Hotel location is good, there is a swimming pool, it is estimated that the entire Xiachuan Island has such a family, the balcony can see the sea scenery, but the indoor health feels very general, the sheets are easy to itchy, and the hotel is also very poor sound insulation, just walk through the door can hear, Not to mention the voice of speech. I think it is the best hotel choice in the Southeast Asian style village. I have passed by others to check out, and this one is cleaner and has beautiful lighting at night!

I read the reviews and chose a better hotel, but I was very disappointed. . . The comment said that there is coffee for breakfast, but I didn't have it for the two days I stayed. . . The taste of breakfast is okay, but there are really not many dishes, even less suitable for my taste. . . The comments say that the service attitude is very good, and most of them are indeed very polite, but there are one or two, like the whole world owes her. . . No service attitude at all. . . I went on a weekend trip and stayed for two nights. There weren't many people on the island. The sand on Shangchuan Island is very beautiful. There is a row of hotels on Feisha Beach, and they are all similar. The room I booked was clean and the air conditioner was working. The breakfast was also full and the fried noodles were delicious. Let's talk about the beach again. It was beautiful at sunset. You can also walk on the beach at night. I was very satisfied.

The room is transparent, bright, well-equipped, and the service is thoughtful. There is also a chartered car for pick-up and drop-off, as well as breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel, I was able to borrow a set of tools for catching seafood. It is really worth the money. It is strongly recommended to visit two weeks before the Spring Festival. There will be fewer people and no need to queue. It is basically a package tour to the island, so cool!

GGuest UserWe, a party of 8, visited 台山, our ancestral home, over the weekend. We booked 5 rooms at 丽怡, mostly because it is new and conveniently located in the town center. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff were courteous. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would have given a higher rating if not for the following reasons:
1) We weren't able to get a non-smoking room per our preference. The hotel only has one floor dedicated as non-smoking. The hotel did some odor removal treatment and opened the windows before we checked in but I would still prefer to stay in a non-smoking room.
2) There is a low humming noise throughout the night till around 5:30 am. Not enough to wake you if you are tired and sound asleep but it will be difficult to sleep again once you woke up during the night. All 5 rooms can hear the humming noise. Don't know if it is because there is a steel fabrication shop next to the hotel or due to hotel's own aircon compressor.

The environment is quiet and good for sleeping. Parking is also very convenient. The breakfast is quite rich. The shopping mall downstairs is super fun to shop ~ I will definitely stay here again 🌟Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe booked a 2 bedroom unit, very spacious bedrooms with lots of light, wardrobe, drawers etc. Balcony good for drying clothes, hanger provided. Bathroom small with poor lighting. Kitchen includes large fridge and plenty of bench space but no equipment except a kettle and cups. No cutlery or plates or bowls. Power system - lighting, air con etc - difficult to navigate. Breakfast buffet limited options. Staff friendly and attentive and speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Toishanese. Hotel is well-located, a few minutes walk to shopping mall with eateries and an excellent supermarket. Great location for exploring the Taishan rural area. We would stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

The hotel is clean and tidy, it is very good in this place, we arranged for us not facing the street, not so noisy, the people in this place love to be lively, the supermarket opened in the morning and began to dance lions.
In the morning, there is a breakfast on the opposite side of the street. It is a certain distance from the first yellow rice in Taishan and convenient parking.

YYe_Overall it's good, the room is not small, there are two large towels and two small towels in each room after entering, this hotel has disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, laundry detergent, soap, etc.), the bed is quite comfortable, overall it's good, but the corridor is a bit dark, it's a sensor light, one person per room, there is a small window sill, this hotel is quite worth it! Because I didn't take any photos outside most of the time, I only have these photos. Overall, I recommend them.

AAnonymous UserThe room is new and big enough. The toilet is heated by itself. The shower has a button to play music. The breakfast buffet is good for the room rate. There is a coffee machine to drink freshly ground coffee. The hotel has its own parking lot. The overall facilities are satisfactory. The pillow on the bed is too high to sleep well. It is not good for the lumbar spine and neck. I tried to go to the bathroom to get two bath towels and stack them up as pillows, but it was too hard to use as a pillow. So I didn't sleep much at night. I checked out early the next morning and canceled the stay on the second night. When I left the hotel, I raised the issue of the pillow being too high with the front desk but was ruthlessly ignored. If the hotel does not care about the guests' sleep experience and affects the occupancy rate, it is self-inflicted. I often travel and stay, and many hotels will take the initiative to ask guests about their stay experience and suggestions when they check out. This is the first time I have raised a question with good intentions and was treated coldly. OK, one enthusiasm in exchange for a lifetime of autism.

YYOGI BHATTExcellent hotel in Taishan town in Guangdong province. Brand New hotel apartment. Equipped with a brand new front load washing machine. Stayed on the 19th floor roadside room. The outside city view was really amazing.
The room had 3+2 sofas available. It was very convenient. Gave a feel like a suite room. A mini double door refrigerator was also available.
The shower faucet was leaking. So it was a minus.
Everything else was great.
Highly recommended for solo travellers, business travellers and with family.
I will definitely love to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was old but very clean. Everyone from the staff to security was especially helpful to provide directions and insight. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. The location was optimal to walk to shopping, McDonalds, Cafe De Coral, and other restaurants. Pedestrian street was very convenient and fun to walk through. The lake view was very nice. There was karaoke at night until 10 pm outside but that is not the hotel’s fault. It wrapped up early so no concerns. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
