The room is new and big enough. The toilet is heated by itself. The shower has a button to play music. The breakfast buffet is good for the room rate. There is a coffee machine to drink freshly ground coffee. The hotel has its own parking lot. The overall facilities are satisfactory. The pillow on the bed is too high to sleep well. It is not good for the lumbar spine and neck. I tried to go to the bathroom to get two bath towels and stack them up as pillows, but it was too hard to use as a pillow. So I didn't sleep much at night. I checked out early the next morning and canceled the stay on the second night. When I left the hotel, I raised the issue of the pillow being too high with the front desk but was ruthlessly ignored. If the hotel does not care about the guests' sleep experience and affects the occupancy rate, it is self-inflicted. I often travel and stay, and many hotels will take the initiative to ask guests about their stay experience and suggestions when they check out. This is the first time I have raised a question with good intentions and was treated coldly. OK, one enthusiasm in exchange for a lifetime of autism.
