The room is new and big enough. The toilet is heated by itself. The shower has a button to play music. The breakfast buffet is good for the room rate. It is not good for the lumbar spine and neck. I tried to go to the bathroom to get two bath towels and stack them up as pillows, but it was too hard to use as a pillow. So I didn't sleep much at night. I checked out early the next morning and canceled the stay on the second night. When I left the hotel, I raised the issue of the pillow being too high with the front desk but was ruthlessly ignored. If the hotel does not care about the guests' sleep experience and affects the occupancy rate, it is self-inflicted.
