We had a wonderful stay at Beitou Hot Spring Resort! It was perfect for a relaxing couple retreat — the private room with hot spring bath, sauna, and steam room made it extra special. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you for the free upgrade, it really made our stay even more enjoyable! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Beitou.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Place was nice and the room was large, clean and well maintained. Having your own hot spring bath in the room. There is breakfast available. The breakfast was simple but the tastes are good.
Would recommend this resort.

I recently stayed at the Beitou Hot Spring Resort in Taipei and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The facilities are outstanding, especially the sauna and hot spring baths, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. We had a situation with one of the rooms that I’ve booked. The staff quickly upgrade use to a VIP room which was awesome. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. No complaints at all. Staffs are very helpful, we didn’t want our rooms clean but they always make sure at least our towels are clean. Very good experience. Breakfast buffet has good food options too.

We had a wonderful time in this resort. Location is near to the mrt station and many eateries and grocery store.
Also the onsen is super amazing. Breakfast buffet has variety of different options(taiwan style breakfast, bread, fruits, nuggets, sausages).
Staffs are polite and helpful. Truly enjoy our times here in Beitou as well as the resort. Definitely will be back again.

Great location near the station and easy walk to Beitou attractions. The bath in the room is wonderful, as is the steam shower. Staff were very kind and checked in with us about dietary requirements. I had a great stay.
