枕頭好睡、櫃檯人員服務態度也好！只可惜當天入住的被子上有一塊污漬，有點影響入住體驗😵💫

交通方便，捷運轉乘便利，入住環境衛生乾淨，服務人員態度良好，因係公務出差，出行方便是選擇的首選，下次可以再次入住

每次去台北都住呢間酒店，性價比高， 中正路3號出口，附近好方便

Homey House has a perfect location, 10 minutes to walk to Zhongshan station. Many kinds of restaurants and eateries nearby, for example at Shin Shin department store just around the corner. There is no lobby and no breakfast service, but a very good ********* breakfast is offered at 世界豆漿大王 Shi Jie Soymilk King not far away. Or you can have breakfast at family mart nearby. Our twin room had every comfort you need, for example there was a washing machine nearby and we could dry our clothes with the heating in the bath. And the room was quiet. The staff at the reception were very helpful (24 hours). Just next door is a spa, that may offer red light services. If you want to avoid this neighborhood, the whole area of Linsen north road may not be yours. But we did not bother and were never disturbed. The price of the rooms is very affordable.

Great location. Friendly staff. The room has all amenities and even more (a scale useful to test luggage weight). We enjoyed our stay

It was.... ok. it was ok. Facilities were right about what they were worth, but there were definite stains and a bit of a smell coming from the carpet.

Value for money

壁が薄いのか隣の電話の声が良く聞こえた。タオル取り換えや部屋のクリーニングしていない日もあった。洗面ボウルの真上に棚があり、頭が当たって使いにくい。総合的な質と値段が合わない。

建物が古いせいか外の音が気になりますが，部屋は悪くないです。ただ，シャワーの温水が出るまでに5分ほど出しっぱなしにする必要があります。トイレはウォッシュレットです。スタッフは日本語が話せる方もいて，Wi-Fiがつながらない時もすぐに対応してくださいました。お手頃のホテルを探した結果でしたが，全体的には値段相応かと思います。

シャンプーやリンスはない。ハンドソープと同じものが浴室にあった。浴室の隣に仕切りなくろトイレがあるタイプなのでトイレが濡れないように気をつかってシャワーをしないとならない。バスタブの淵が高く幅があるので、またぐにが大変だった(身長153cmです)。外観は古いですが、中はリニューアルされていました。場所は便利なところで、駅も近く、コンビニやレストランも付近にたくさんあります。

レセプションが1Fから3Fになってて、中国語ではレセプション3Fって書いてあったけど、1Fは廃墟みたいで正直戸惑った…。 チェックインには早い時間だったけど部屋使わせてもらえてゆっくりできた。 部屋は掃除してあったとは思うけど、台の上に髪の毛落ちてたり床にコーン落ちてたり…。 前は毎回満足して帰って来れてたし、立地はとても良いしレセプションの方も日本語で対応してくれるので、コロナ後の変わり様にちょっと残念な感じがしました。
