Ulasan Taipei Garden Hotel

Semuanya bagus dan sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap! Tapi kamar mandinya cukup kecil, apalagi bak mandinya terlalu kecil untuk orang dewasa…

Ini adalah pemesanan hotel yang paling gagal sejauh ini. Saya menyarankan platform segera menghapus hotel ini atau menurunkan harga setengahnya. Sama sekali tidak ada kenyamanan dan tidak ada efektivitas biaya. Sikap pelayanan di front desk sangat buruk dan tidak manusiawi. Jika check in sebelum jam 15.00 sore tidak akan pernah dikasih kamar. Kalau butuh lantai yang lebih tinggi harus menunggu setengah jam lebih lama. Waktu check out tidak bisa ditunda. Jika ditunda, semuanya Ada biaya tambahan sebesar NT$500 per jam, jadi saat check out jam 12, Anda akan melihat pemandangan penitipan bagasi yang spektakuler Satu-satunya hal yang baik adalah staf yang menyediakan penyimpanan bagasi memiliki sikap yang baik. Saya sangat menyesal memesan hotel ini, yang mempengaruhi suasana hati saya dalam perjalanan ke Taiwan

Bersih dan nyaman, sangat bagus

The buffet is not that well. But the room is nice and clean however the smart system is not working that good.

It’s a good place to stay and relax. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Walkable distance to Xiaonanmen mrt station. there is shuttle bus every 2 hours to XiMending or Longshan temple (both location have mrt). There is a shops and even carrefour near the hotel with a 5mins distance walk. The staff is very friendly and would also recommend places to visit. Do take note that there is a deposit of SGD$220 during check-in. Will definitely come back again!

Location is good. Few minutes walk to nearest metro. Very near to Carrefour supermarket to restock supplies. 15 mins walk to Lungshan Temple and adjacent night market.

Good hotel, comfortable family room. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. 15mins walking distance to Ximending walking street, very near to a 24hrs carrefour which is just diagonal to the hotel (crossing 1 big road). Free “all you can eat” snacks for hotel guests, the kids were super happy and enjoying.

It’s wasn’t that fantastic with the price I paid for it. It’s about USD $320 per night with such environment, location & customer service! The hotel is about 3 star range with such facilities and environment. It’s super packed with tourist tour and the lobby is not that big. The breakfast high likely not recommended and the queue of waiting to get table is about 10-15 minutes. The bathtub is quite small, only can sit in. For green environment and recycle purpose, not provide for toilet amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush etc. It’s about 10-15 minutes to XiMenTing. I arrived at 10.30am with my sis and being told the room is not ready (but asked for both of us passport to checkin and I gave). The staff asked to come back for check-in at 3pm and definitely have to be 3pm. So, I left and came back at 10.30pm, after my whole day trip. The staff asked us again for passport to check-in “as usual”. I asked for high floor but only fifth floor as “everyday fully booked and the guest of luxury deluxe rooms are still there”. It supposed to be automatically reserved for whoever comes first (I came at 10.30am and gave the passport!), but obviously NO! They took us as checked in at 10.30pm and kept saying “everyday fully booked and the guest of luxury deluxe rooms are still there”. The attitude of the staff is quite “unique”, seems like friendly but not so, helpful is definitely NO! Same scenario, the other hotel we stayed, they helped us checked in when our room is ready. Sent our luggage to the room. I just had to go to the front desk to get the key room. Conclusion, high likely not recommend with overall. Especially for the price, it’s definitely over priced and the value is out there.

Pretty decent hotel. Location was not bad. There are alot of convenience stores near the hotel. Could be abit more better as a 5 star hotel. Staffs were not really nice... especially the staff handling the luggages.

I loved everything about this place. Very close to the metro and plenty of amenities. Only thing I did not like was that some staff were not friendly. Because of our language differences, we experienced some misunderstandings and the staffs attitude was very negative towards me. Most staff were very kind and helpful tho. Bonus points for the shuttle bus service to popular attractions.

A budget choice for a family trip, including a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. Free drinks at reception and free candies next door. Also, the hotel provides free shuttle bus service with a regular schedule to the MRT nearby. Cross the road, there is a Carrefour opening 24/7. Overall, a great location and a comfortable stay

Location is not too bad but need to walk about 10 min to MRT station and about 20 min to Ximending and attractions like temples and Presidential Hall. Food choices not too much within the 5 min walk radius . Getting a taxi is easy , and the concierge ladies are always ready to assist in particular Lisa. She’s very hardworking, including loading and offloading our luggage from the taxi. And she did so with smiles. Did not try the breakfast in the hotel as we usually prefer trying out local delights.
