Hotel is great. Location is good, right beside the train station and near some of the bus lines. Within walking distance to Taipei main station too. Hotel staff are friendly.

Free laundry machines are the best. Housekeeping is a bit unprofessional. They need more training on what to do and not to do.

Great Hotel, staff was responsive and helpful, very modern and clean. Only thing to improve is breakfast as they don't have a restaurant and cooperate with the starbucks that is attached.

The beds were comfortable. The room space was big! There is free use of laundry facilities and gym!

The hotel is so good. I like the smell when go to the lobby make me feel relax. Staff also nice and good at English.

Clean and big room. Daily cleaning and service recovery can be improved. Our toilet was clogged up and couldn't be used to shower because daily cleaning did not remove the hair. However hotel couldn't resolve the problem immediately at night as they didn't have engineering dept at work. There was also no service recovery for this incident.

The room is very impressive and warm, the location is in the middle and you can go anywhere (e.g. national taiwan museum, huashan creative park, etc) by bus with an acceptable time. Staffs are nice too. Afterall, this is a nice place to relax yourself in Taipei! Here is the view from the room.

The hotel location was super convenient as it was right behind the MRT station! The amenities provided were also very good. The room was super clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. Would book again if we go back to visit Taipei
