Ulasan Sunny Hotel

There are some problem about A/C that isn't make the cool and low to blow the airflow but hotel changes to another room (1730》1030) without add charging cost. the room is near the maid room so the noise will be all the working time.

Great location and clean room. Unfortunately the water pressure for warm/hot water in the shower is very low.

The location is just few blocks away from taipei main station and to ximending as well. Its very convenient. The staff are so nice they let us leave our baggage even after our check out and let us pick it up in the evening. I just had a problem with the wifi at night but overall the stay was good.

Wifi was bad, practically no WiFi, so bad that we had to run on data. Room was clean overall but the shower area is for not for the average height. Shampooing my head is impossible without bending down a little. I’m 165 and about to hit my head already, what about other guest who are even taller? Lol. We encountered 3 receptionist during our stay and their attitude is not your average poor, it’s POOR…. except for this one guy who is nice and helpful but we only met him when we check-out. 1 star service for them not shouting at me (although they showed their annoyed attitude) and the 2nd star for service is really because of the 1 and only nice receptionist.

Lies about location said it was going to be a city view The view ended up being a brick wall. The hotel is dingy the staff is unprofessional, they call you well before check out time to wake you up and the phone is basically allowed alarm and then they bang on your door asking for more money more money than the entire booking. Taiwan it's horrible for people to stay in at hotels and this is a good example of it.

The location is great. Staff are friendly & helpful. Room are spacious enought if compare with others hotel in Ximending. However, the hotel very old, no soundproof even able to hear upstair room guest walking, kids playing :(. We are unable sleep through the nights. If you are light sleeper not recommend for this hotel.

Overall is a great hotel. Price is good and easy to train station and shopping centers.

Plus 1. Good location. Between Ximending and Taipei Train Station 2. Friendly Staff Not so great 1. Lack of wifi even though informed the staff 2. Book Sunny Hotel but marketing/Branding was Relieve Hotel. Was confused when trying to locate the hotel 3. Old building and noise filtration was poor. You can hear your neighbours and my room was very near the next building. 4. Poor amenities and soap dispenser has problem dispensing body wash. 5. Not so great room conditions.

The hotel is great for its location. The breakfast cafe beside the hotel is fantastic. As we just have the place for “sleeping”. It’s all right.

Entire floor smoke smell despite no smoking sign. Bad for families with little kids. Abit far off XMD. Got to walk quite a distance.
