One of the staff at the reception counter was not so nice to answer client's question, impolite manner☹️ The breakfast was very good.

neighbours letting the doors bang repeatedly in the morning is not great. maybe last time i am staying there.

I stayed in this hotel quite often while visiting Taipei for a weekend. Location is great and is good value for money. The hotel is clean and service is nice. Don’t spect anything fancy though. They have a bar just down with craft local beer is quite nice.

The room is okay. Saw cockroach’s near the lift area. The beddings is good. But they only provide 2 water bottle PER STAY even if we stayed for 4 days.

Room is not so clean. This towel shouldn't be prepared for customer anymore.

At checkin, room was smelling of rotten milk, and it was very cold (18 Celsius). I asked the front desk to change room, they said no, they don’t have any rooms available (there are maybe 100 rooms on my floor alone…) When I told them it’s too cold, they said I should turn off the AC. I said it’s off, they said it must not be, they “advise” me to check again. I checked 3 times, turned it on and off. The front then said they will give me an extra blanket… not once did anyone come to the room to check the smell or AC themselves. Also, they don’t have heating at all, so I had to warm the room with my body temperature only… ***. At night the pipes make noises, and the smell never went away. They also charge to store your luggage. Very disappointed by the hotel cleanliness and service. It was so unaccommodating. They told me it’s a basement room, so the smell is normal. ***… Room has mirrors in the ceiling. I think it’s love hotel.

A little bit far from main station but close to shopping market I heard people’s noise from other rooms and walk way

Convenient location, near to Ximending. There is washer (TWD70) and dryer (TWD50), detergent (TWD10) available. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Breakfast choices were acceptable and nice. Overall a great place to stay for a short trip. If you have an early morning flight, can request from the reception desk to book a taxi. The taxi fare from the hotel to the airport costs around TWD1,200-1,400, journey is around 35minutes.

This is a hotel I have visited a few times. So convenient for shopping and eating local foods. Will be back here again.

Not too bad very good and comfortable hotel and just beside ximending area.

Location is not that near mrt but still acceptable. There is a day there is no room service despite I turn on the switch for room service. I called the concierge and instead of saying that he would send someone, he told me that I have turn on the wrong switch, which I took a photo of it. Room is small but the price is acceptable.

The location is near to the food stores and they clean the room Everyday!

very convenient location, easily accessible to many places. self check in and check out made it efficient and easy. service staff was nice too
