Ulasan CHECK inn Taipei Nanjing

Kebetulan saya memesan harga diskon di perjalanan. Saya suka ukuran kamar di foto. Check-in mandiri tersedia jam tiga. Anda bisa menitipkan barang bawaan Anda terlebih dahulu. Setelah check in, kamar lumayan besar, ada juga sofa kecil, kamar mandi ada pemisah basah dan kering serta ada bathtub. Toiletnya gratis. Sayangnya bau apek di kamar sangat menyengat sulit untuk tidur pada malam pertama. Saya memberi tahu pengurus rumah tangga keesokan harinya bahwa baru-baru ini hujan turun di Taipei dan dia akan membantu saya memasang dehumidifier. Ini sedikit lebih baik. Terima kasih kepada staf rumah tangga atas bantuan mereka. Ada banyak restoran di dekat hotel, ada stasiun bus di dekatnya, dan MRT agak jauh. Jika Anda membawa barang bawaan dan naik MRT, ingatlah bahwa ada eskalator dan lift dari Pintu Keluar 2!

Saya menggunakan kesempatan di lobi hotel untuk check in ke hotel sendiri. Namun ketika saya bingung saat investigasi, staf front desk menjawab dengan sopan. Terima kasih banyak.

Ruangannya secara keseluruhan tidak terlalu besar Cahayanya jauh lebih redup dari yang diharapkan. Saya harus menyalakan lampu toilet sebelum terlihat lebih terang. Kedap suara kamar kurang bagus. Saat pertama check in, saya bermain agak keras dengan teman-teman sehingga mengganggu penyewa sebelah. Mohon maaf. Tapi sebelum tidur, samar-samar terdengar suara air di kamar mandi sebelah. Kalau mau lebih tenang dari segi kedap suara, saya kurang rekomendasi. Saat saya check in di hari yang sama, saya tes dulu apakah fasilitas di kamar normal. Salah satu sisi lampu samping tempat tidur sepertinya bohlamnya rusak dan tidak menyala pada dasarnya tidak terpakai, saya tidak meminta staf untuk menggantinya.

Pertama kali saya menemui sesuatu yang aneh di sebuah hotel Saat itu sudah tengah malam ketika saya kembali ke hotel. Ketika saya ingin tidur, saya tidak dapat mematikan lampu dengan menekan tombol apa pun. Kemudian otomatis berkedip lagi setelah beberapa saat, tetapi saya tidak dapat mengeluarkan kartu kamar karena tidak akan ada AC. Setelah beberapa saat, saya menelepon staf meja depan. Saat saya membuka pintu, semua lampu di ruangan tiba-tiba mati dan listrik padam. Bulan ketujuh dalam kalender ***** benar-benar akan membuat orang takut sampai mati. Staf sepertinya tidak terkejut. Tempat duduk shower agak mampet dan ada jamur di pinggir karetnya Dekorasinya juga agak aneh. Pencahayaan di koridor sangat redup. Saya tidak mengerti mengapa desain rumah empat pintu digunakan. Keempat pintu itu saling berhadapan dan insulasi suaranya kurang bagus. Untuk sarapannya biasa saja  Tidak dekat dengan stasiun MRT, tapi bus di lantai bawah nyaman

Our stay at this property was fantastic. The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The cleanliness of the property was good, and the hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The facilities provided everything we needed. Overall, we highly recommend this property for its great value, friendly staff, and convenient location.

On 10 February 2025, I left the room at 1:00 PM and returned at 11:35 PM, only to find that the room had not been cleaned despite the "Make Up Room" sign being displayed outside the door the entire time. Nothing was done—the bed sheets were not changed, the towels were still wet, and the bathroom remained in the same state as I left it. When I approached the front desk to report this issue, he was bluntly told that no cleaning staff were available at night. How is this his problem? This is a complete failure in basic hotel service standards. This was my last night of the stay, and instead of being able to rest comfortably, I was left with no choice but to check out early in the morning 6am and stay at my friend’s place. This is absolutely unacceptable. Also worry there’s bug since the entire room wasn’t been cleaned. Given the multiple service failures earlier and throughout my stay ( Total I booked 5 nights ) - including wasted time over the first two nights due to room repairs and repeated back-and-forths to check the issues. I am unsure if there is a Tourism Board or Hotel Association in Taipei, but I will definitely be escalating my complaint and seeking compensation through the appropriate channels. Given the unacceptable service and lack of resolution, I am determined to pursue this matter until a fair outcome is achieved. I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly.

Near two MRT stations, about a 3-minute walk. Near convenience stores, a pharmacy, and about a 5-minute walk to a large grocery store. Bath included a tub, and toilet was a dream! Automatic with heated toilet seats. Breakfast buffet was not available during our stay, but we were given meal stubs for the cafe near the hotel.

Excellent value and in a very central location for public transport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint is bathrooms don't have anywhere to hang items and towels.

I was given a room with water leaking problem, which they have a dirty towel next to the bathtub to soak up the moisture. The towel was already molding, which is very concerning. After I was successfully request a change of room. There's no leaking issue, however, there blood stain presented in the room. The ventilation is filled with dust. I have stayed in 3 properly by Check Inn. I could say this is the worst not only by Check Inn group, but as a hotel in general. The overall feeling is horrible.

I love the hotel, the room is huge and the place is accessible, a lot of shops and restaurant around, stations are nearby. Free breakfast every morning ❤️

Great place. Everyone was friendly.

May not return again. Had to check in all by ourselves with those ugly kiosk machines, Who the hell would know how to operate if you just just landed from another side of the world. No human service was provided whatsoever. Disappointing for the price we had to pay. No single window could be open. Had to rely on recycled air from air conditioning system for breathing. - Shocking.

The bathtub in the room is a big plus for me n the hotel is conveniently located in between 2 mrt lines or u can simply head to the malls on foot. The only pity was that we did not get to try their breakfast due to renovation works but breakfast vouchers were provided instead to a nearby louisa.

The hotel is nice and comfortable but the rooms are small with barely any natural light. The breakfast was terrible - chicken nuggets, weird salad/vegetables and packaged processed bread rolls. Nothing is replaced so make sure you get there early and watch out for the salty eggs! You also have the pleasure of cleaning your own table at the end. As for room cleaning, you have to ask before 12pm - something they may not inform you like I experienced myself. The coffee and teas were not replaced, neither was the toilet paper. I had to request these separately. For the level of service, the hotel is way overpriced.
