First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge. Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned. Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef. I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

I rented a hotel with my family a long time ago and always liked it. Now I rented it with my boyfriend. The quality is still perfect and the stay is very comfortable. I chose a room with a bathtub, but the surprising thing is not the bathtub. The design has been very special, but the back balcony that can be seen from the bathroom is so beautiful and comfortable, and the boss is very nice~ The service is also very popular! The room is clean and tidy, but the space is very small, and everything feels forced. The shower room has dry and wet separation, but it is super narrow and will frequently hit the wall. Fat people may not be able to bend down. The most dissatisfying thing is that the toilet paper roll is located behind the toilet. Even if it is inconvenient to take, the paper roll will fall off when you want to smoke it, and you have to use your other hand to fix it, making it more difficult to take it. In addition, the cold water is very small, especially the sink. If the cold water is not turned to the far right, it will be very hot, but the cold water on the far right is too small. The bed was difficult to sleep on. The pillow was too high and had too much reaction force for me. In addition, the sound insulation was very poor. I kept hearing the sound of mechanical operation at non-fixed frequencies and the voices next door. I couldn't sleep well!

Kangfu tea is really delicious. The night shift lady has a great attitude. The only drawback is that the quilt cover is provided. The hardware facilities are very new and have a sense of design (Bali style), but the counter service is not 24 hours. If you check in too late, you may need to check in by yourself... Aloft Tainan Anping is the Marriott Group's first hotel in Tainan. Opposite the hotel there is a large green space in Yizai Jincheng Park, and further away is Anping Port. I like the completely unobstructed view. There are many restaurants nearby. It is also very close to Anping attractions such as Anping Old Street, Lin Moniang Park, and Deyang Ship Cultural Park. The decoration is quite fashionable and young, with various geometric shapes and bright colors that are very lively and eye-catching. Marine elements such as sailboat ropes, milkfish, and oil lamps are also added. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is a beautiful hotel on the internet. The attitude of the service staff is also very good, the check-in process is smooth and the treatment is very relaxed and pleasant.

Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are well maintained. The interior of the room is spacious and comfortable. The night view of the Anping Canal outside the window is beautiful. The hotel's breakfast is super rich and highly selective. Guests can park for free, and there are flat parking spaces.

I booked the small petite room with my own attached bathroom. It’s right across the elevator, which means traffic/noise. First night was quite okay. 2nd night wasn’t so great. First floor common area got a big group of gatherings. Noses flared up to 3rd floor from time to time till 10:40pm, although it was stated quiet time from 10pm. Room is very small for sure. Soundproof wasn’t great. Exhaust fans were making noises too. Location is great, close to bus stops, food, and tourist spots.
