The proprietress is very welcoming. The location is next to Shennong Street, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also three cute cats in the homestay. There are many delicious teas, which is a good accommodation experience.

Very straight in check in and check out time. The room is not clean. Dust on closet door. Spider web at wall panel. Air conditioner is very noisy.
I signed non smoking policy at check in time. Unfortunately, we were woke up by smoking smell consecutive nights at our stay. I called front desk and did nothing.
Breakfast is lousy. It closes at 10am; and most of the dishes are empty. I am so disappointed.

The location of the B&B is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The owner of the B&B is very kind and friendly. I originally booked a room without a window. The lady boss saw that I would stay for a few days and changed it to a room with a window. I was very touched💗 and she also took the initiative to introduce places to visit nearby. There are also attractions and accommodation worth recommending 🤗 Although the room is centrally air-conditioned and the air-conditioning is a bit insufficient, fortunately there is a fan in the room and it is still comfortable when it is turned on. The only drawback is...it would be nice if the room had an independent refrigerator🥹 Although there are two large ones available in the public space, it is still a bit inconvenient🫢

It is very convenient to use line to communicate. Password gates and room doors will be notified on the day of check-in. The living room on the first floor is very comfortable. The kitchen at the back is available for tea, tea bags, oven, and refrigerator. There is an elevator so you don’t have to work hard to carry your luggage👍. Room type with two double beds The space is sufficient and the price is reasonable. There are porridge, steak and seafood restaurants nearby for late night snacks. It is not far from Shennong Street and Shuixiangong Market.

The B&B is located at the intersection of Hai'an Road and Chenggong Road. It is easy to find. It is about 20 minutes' walk from the transfer station and the railway station. The alley is not narrow and the environment is clean. There is an elevator in the B&B. The room code is sent at 4 o'clock. After checking in, you can change into your own slippers and go in and out by yourself. There is no management staff. If you have any questions, you can ask them directly on line. The reply speed is within five minutes and the problem can be solved. This stay is very comfortable. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel room was very clean and the same as the image shown when making the reservation. The air conditioner temperature control was convenient. It was a little chilly at night and a little hot during the day, so I raised and lowered the temperature, but it was well-controlled. The only flaw was that the window was very large, but it was a view of the wall of the building next door..ㅎㅎ..
It was also very convenient that there was a convenience store in the lobby on the first floor. I didn't use it, but I felt secure because I thought I could buy something at any time.
The breakfast was neat and clean. I ate shrimp tofu stew(?) on top of fried rice, and it was delicious.
The basic amenities were in a large bottle, and I used the toothbrush I brought. (There are disposable items in the lobby, but it was self-service where you put money in and take it.)

Hotel and building was a little dated. Our room was overly basic in a state or repair. There was a terrible mould smell in the room which we did not like. The bathroom was nice and clean though. The location was pretty good too. Not too far from the station, close to the night market, and close to subways and bus routes. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and would look at paying a little more for a nicer hotel.

Great service. Really nice quality rooms and shower facilities. A quick tip, when you check in ask for a bed either E or F. Something like that. It offers the big bed space in the shared room and has the window. Will stay here again.

Nearby, there are shopping malls and restaurants. I have sampled all the hotel restaurants, and the flavors are fantastic. It is the top hotel choice for booking in Tainan.

The buffet breakfast is diverse, delicious and reasonably priced👍👍
The indoor heated swimming pool is also large enough. There were not many people when we went there, so we could swim freely. The children's swimming pool and sauna are also very good 👍
The only problem is that the location is a bit remote. If you don't travel by yourself, you have to walk a long way to get to Anping Old Street. All travel depends on taxis.

the room is slightly smaller than it looks from the picture provided but its of comfortable size
the hotel provides soap n shampoo thru dispenser though they no long provide one time use bottles.. toothbrush is provided too.. the hotel has bicycle for rent...there is a park juz outside the hotel, abt 5mins out..
i see many reviews abt the hotel breakfast half good half bad.. dun expect wide spread.. porridge, salad bar, cooked food and toast are available... drinks like hot cold tea, coffee, milk are oso provided.. the menu changed slight on the the days we were there but still relatively good.. macdonalds is outside along the road abt 15mins walk.. can take a good walk at the park and head out for breakfast too

GGabrielle TengThe location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

IImelda PurnomoNice resort with private in-room hot spring tubs. Location of room is not conducive for elderlies and if you have liggages. We have to lug our luggages from the reception lobby to the room which is located in another building and part of the resort and it's with stairs up and down. Luckily we met a nice lady staff who helped carry some of our luggages. Then when we almost reached our room, a guy manning the spa entrance told us we can call hotel lobby and arrange for staff to carry our luggages. The checked-in staff who guided us should have told us earlier and offered staff to carry our luggages since we had conveyed our difficulties to her.

DDenissa OngThe Hotel location is very strategic, just right opposite the Tainan bus/railway station. The counter staff is also friendly to assist us for checked in and very helpful, carrying our luggage to room, even there’s free snack for us after wrote this review, but its was an really great experience for me as a guest for staying at here. It’s also very good on they allowed us for early checked in at 2:30pm.
For the room part, they are so thoughtful by switch on the air cons in advance for cooling the room first and the room is spacious and very clean as well as toilet too and it’s like just newly renovation/touch up.
Overall, it’s very good experience for me. Keep it up.

CCuipingThis time I stayed in a standard quadruple room. The room was as large as the space displayed in the photos of the website. The toilet was also very large. There was also a bathtub for children to play with water. The shower head was water pressure enough and the water temperature was stable. The cleanliness of the room is also as clean and odorless as netizens say. As for sound insulation, we lived on the 7th floor and did not encounter problems with poor sound insulation.
There are water dispensers, coffee machines, tables, chairs, and sofas in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It is convenient to have dinner with friends when you come back from outside. The parking lot is very close and the nearby life function is convenient.
Trip.com After booking, we have a plus hotel Line. It is very convenient to contact directly if you have any questions before check-in. If there is any problem during the stay, the counter staff will kindly reply. A very warm hotel, and I will want to live in Tainan next time.
