Overall, the facilities and location were great, but unfortunately, a rude receptionist made us decide we wouldn’t stay here again. If the staff had politely explained the hotel’s policy on toiletries, I wouldn't have complained.

樓下停車格是機械式，車位很少休旅車不好停，停滿了所以在附近配合的公有停車場。飯店早餐有牛肉湯、肉燥麵、粥，還蠻基本的普通。飯店對面的炒鱔魚跟冰店還蠻好吃的～
大缺點是我們住在靠電梯的房間，電梯聲音很大聲，當晚吵到無法睡，平台訂的都是邊間或是飯店最小間嗎？，如果淺眠的人應該會受不了，這問題平台改改進了

飯店位於熱鬧的海安路三段，離花園夜市、海安路或是神農街都算近，步行可到，門口有U bike 可騎，對面跟周邊非常多吃的，很方便。
算是近年來新的飯店，非常乾淨、舒適、整潔，浴室乾濕分離，還有浴缸可泡澡，洗髮精跟沐浴乳非常好用，味道很好聞，飯店大廳可購買，退房時候我們買了2組；床跟枕頭還有被子都非常舒適，不輸5星級大飯店。
早餐有牛肉湯可吃，算是比較西式的早餐（中式選擇較少），種類豐富，好吃😋
飯店有提供車位，但是是機械式車位，如果車子是比較大台的可能必須停平面車位。
飯店提倡環保♻️不提供一次性備品，必須自備，房間冷氣可自行調整，非常涼快。
整體上非常滿意，美中不足的地方就是這次有孕婦入住，因為太晚訂房，只剩兩張單人床的雙人房，但是無法併床，很怕會摔下床，希望可以對婦幼入住更友善。
以上心得提供給至台南出差、旅遊、商務的旅客參考。

2025/1月入住2樓的2小床邊間，房間還算乾淨，床也舒適，但整夜都有馬達的聲音，那聲音就像在裝潢打牆的聲音，雖不大聲，但怕吵的人要多考慮，廁所的抽風設備跟排水聲也非常大聲，感覺在裝潢工地裡洗澡一樣，還好晚上睡覺把廁所的燈關閉，抽風設備也停止，只剩馬達聲當白噪音才漸漸睡著。早餐有各式烤麵包，沙拉，炒飯炒麵時蔬，清粥，味噌湯但很淡，現沖紐澳牛肉湯，基本的飯店早餐菜色都有，地點好，對面有餐廳，滷味店，成功路口也有7-11,到火車站，夜市，國華街，赤崁樓騎車都在10分鐘內可到。
