"Extremely bad review. It was already very late when we arrived at the hotel. We didn't have dinner because we watched the village BA. We put our luggage at the hotel and went to have supper with friends. After supper, we returned to the hotel at 1 a.m. and prepared to wash up. We found that the toilet was leaking all the time, so we called the front desk. She sent a male security guard and said that there was no other way but to turn off the water inlet switch. However, we were in a hurry to use the toilet, so she asked us two girls to go to the toilet in their employee lounge on the third floor in pajamas in the middle of the night. She also said that there was no other plan. We disagreed and felt unsafe and a little scared. Then she threatened us that if we didn't do it, we would have to check out. Her attitude was tough and she said that he couldn't do it. I called the front desk and she gave us the same solution, asking us to go to the staff lounge to use the toilet. There was no other solution. She had no other way and asked us to overcome the difficulties ourselves. I was so angry that I confronted her directly. I said that there was a toilet in my own room, why should I go to someone else's? I came to stay in the hotel, not to overcome difficulties. She reluctantly said she would send me a basin. There was no apology or attitude throughout the whole process. She was particularly self-righteous. However, thinking that the safety of a girl in a foreign place was the most important, I endured it. When I went to check out the next day, the front desk did not say anything or apologize.
