Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

A 5 star hotel that deserves its rating. Rooms are comparable with Sheraton/Hilton etc... it's a well-oiled machine and everyone was efficient and kind. Shout out to my namesake SEAN in the Prime restaurant on the roof who took care of us with a memorable Christmas dinner. One for any short list in Taichung.

I was so lucky. I booked a double room and was suddenly told to upgrade to a triple room. I also emphasized that I was the only one staying there, but the hotel still upgraded me. I was so happy. There was free coffee, milk tea, and cookies on the first floor. There was a lot of food outside the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about being hungry. It's very close to Fengjia Night Market. The hotel also has a parking lot, which is very convenient. However, this time I took a bus from Taichung Wuri High Speed ​​Rail, which was also very convenient. However, the only drawback was that the sound insulation was relatively poor, and the sheets and pillowcases had a stuffy smell. I hope it can be improved.

Everything is great, and the beautiful waiters at the counter are very friendly. I will stay here again if I have the chance. The room is clean but there is a bit of a smell when the air conditioner is not turned on. The bed is clean and I can sleep well. The service quality is also top notch.

The parking lot has a lot of restrictions. If you drive there, you need to ask the counter first. The double view room has a moderate bed size. The check-in counter is very fast. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The water is very large and you don't have to wait for a long time for hot water. The TV can connect to Netflix and Disney+, which is very convenient. The coffee supplies in the snack bar on the first floor are great. There are many and comfortable locations.

Very nice room, i booked the capsule type but they upgraded to a single room instead, it was very nice. Location is very good, near taichung main station, Bus stop, and miyahara.

Beautiful design and friendly staff. Just 8 mins walk from Taichung Station. There is also a Southeastern Asian food street near the hotel, so you can enjoy Thai and Vietnamese food conveniently.

So clean, Very Very Non smoking room. What i loved in my stay is that i dont smell tracw of smoke. But no slippers, The aircon is function well. Our stay is peaceful and quiet. 7/11,bus and train station is nearby. We will come back here!

Great location, the neibhourhood park is a must go place, and many conviences stores and supermarkets. The MRT is only 5 minute walk, can lead to Costco, and Center Centre. Still the best for me and my sons are the leisure and game room, with such a wonder video game machine called ”Supreme X Galloping”, we played the ”Final Fight” in the final night with so much more fun!
