The reason for choosing this hotel is its convenient location and spacious rooms.
The check-in procedure was very simple. I felt that I made the right choice when I saw the room at first sight. The room was large and very clean, but unfortunately the air conditioning was not enough. It seemed to be broken?! The housekeeping department helped twice but could not improve it. I didn't want to trouble the hotel again. I stayed up all night. The next morning, I went to the lobby to explain to the staff on duty. With the help of a very kind staff member named Lisa, we changed the room. The temperature was greatly improved. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send us breakfast. However, we were embarrassed to ask for additional services as long as the problem was solved, so we declined Lisa's kindness.

The shower gel and shampoo are both extracted from verbena, very refreshing. I forgot to ask if I could buy them directly. Next time I go to Taichung, I will stay here again and I will definitely ask if I can buy them directly. 😊
