This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I am still very satisfied! The front desk service attitude is good. After calling the front desk to change the room, it was solved very quickly. The room is very spacious, clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable! The facilities are very complete, the makeup mirror is very convenient to use, there are also electronic scales and voice assistants; the breakfast is rich and varied, very delicious, I wish the hotel will get better and better!

The supplies are carefully made, as the humidity on the mountain is heavy, so the bath towels are specially sealed. The food was delicious. Due to the mountain closure the day before, the itinerary was changed. The landlady contacted us as soon as a room became available. Finally, we were able to start the night climb next to their B&B. We were lucky enough to see the sunrise on the top of Mount Tai🌅. The trip was worthwhile and the two children were happy.

The room was clean and tidy, newly renovated in 2023, and it was of a high grade. But the price is cheap and good value for money. The location is at the foot of Mount Tai, and the bus stop on the mountain in Tianwai Village is across the road. The staff canteen of the hotel has good food and is cheap and hygienic. The waiter was warm and felt at home. In short, I will stay here next time. If there are many friends, you can choose a suite, which is awesome. I originally held a try, booked for one night, and stayed for another night the next day. I saw Mount Tai in the yard.

The hotel is located on the top of Taishan where good places are rare. The room was this time incredibly expensive and the quality is just soso. I used it for several years but for the high price I would carefully check before reconsidering. You get a clean bed, a warm shower and a toilet for the high price. Otherwise, Taishan gets more and more crowded over the last 10 years and I felt there were too many people this time, especially in the morning hours. This year it was cloudy, so no sunrise. The hotel should offer the room only together with a day ticket from HongMen (Red Gate). When we arrived at 2:00 pm the tickets where all sold out and we were forced to take the bus to the middle station although we wanted to walk.

The location is great, about 10 minutes drive from Mount Tai. I stayed there for two nights in a row. The first day was a children's suite, the hygiene and service were acceptable, but the second day I changed to a business standard room, the hygiene was really terrible, all the toiletries in the room were in good condition but they were all empty, I suspected that the room was not cleaned and asked to change rooms, after the change, the table was full of oil and meal residue, I asked the room manager to come to the room to deal with it, but he didn't come in half an hour, and when he came, he didn't have the attitude to deal with the problem, I have never given a bad review, this time I really want to give a bad review

We were glad to stay for one night after the 6 hour climb following the imperial route to rest and view the sun rise next morning. However there was no clear signage to direct us to the hotel. After much struggle, we finally found a path via Confucius temple. Staff knocked on our hotel door at 4.20am and we gathered in the lobby before 4.40am. Hotel staff led the guestp to a designated area and waited for the sun rise. We were happy to be able to witness the sun rise. Service by the front desk was great. Our phone was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to attend to us. During checkout, we informed the front desk to charge for the food stain caused by us and front desk staff was kind to waive it. Too bad we did not take down the name of the young man at the front desk who attended to us twice. Checkout was fast with walking distance to the cable car station. Would be great if breakfast was not optional and included in the room price.

The hotel lobby is very cozy. The front desk staff provided good service. They introduced the detailed route of climbing Mount Tai very considerately. If you have any questions, you can call the front desk and they will answer them actively. The room facilities are complete. I will stay here again when I come to Tai'an next time. I have recommended it to my friends.

Secondly, I stayed here for one night, and then extended my stay for another night. However, I found out from Ctrip that the room was fully booked. I called the front desk and they said they had rooms, but the price was 10% higher than the price I saw online the day before. Then I asked the front desk to give me a sales phone number. I called the sales and asked if they could help me check if there was a discount on your price. The sales first asked me to ask the front desk if there was a room. I said I did, and they had, but the price was a bit high. Could you give me a more favorable price, at least similar to the online price? The sales said they would check for me and call me back. At this time, Ctrip had rooms again and all room types had been released. It was at this time that the sales called and the first thing he said was to lie to me, saying that there were no rooms. The second sentence was that even if there were rooms, the price there was the same as the front desk, more than 560. I ordered 510 online, and bought 499 on a certain audio platform and got a free buffet. I really think you can tell the truth and there is no need to lie. Secondly, can you give me two room cards in the future? Because you need to insert a card to get electricity here. My wife is taking a shower and I go to get takeout. If I take the room card, my wife can't take a shower. If I don't take the room card, I can't enter the door.

Very good place to stay. Neat, clean, with all the conviencies (including hot pot with tea set and tea which you can ask for). I was also given two free bottles of water. The other points are concerning service; The owner provided me with useful information, led me to the closest entrance to TaiShan and after the long climbing process provided a ride back, which was really pleasant. After that day I slept like a child 🧒

Nice hotel and very near at Taishan Mountain. Accessible and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast and we really enjoyed our stayed here. You can even see the mountains through the window. And they even have washing machine area incase you need to wash your clothes just next to their Gym. Nice bathroom and the room is refreshing. Highly recommended.
