The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel upgraded us to a king-size bed room with a mountain view for free. The view was stunning. I give a thumbs up to the front desk staff for their warm service. Check-in, luggage storage, and check-out were all very smooth. It was a pleasant stay. I will stay here again next time I come to Mount Tai.

I went on a business trip with my boss. I also chose this place when I went there on my own. This time, the front desk upgraded the room. The price was very suitable and it was worth it to stay in such a good place. The scenery was also very good. I will choose this place next time.

The room rates during the May Day holiday were reasonable, not as high as other hotels. The surrounding environment was good, the rooms were clean, the service was in place, the front desk staff were very nice, and they gave us a fruit plate and a small gift bag when we checked out. Overall, I was very satisfied!

The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the night porridge and welcome fruit were very heartwarming. But I didn't give any souvenirs when I left this time! It doesn't matter what the gift is. Generally, the hotels we stay in will give a small souvenir as a token of our appreciation. The service is impeccable! From the warm and professional reception at the front desk, to the warm smile of the cleaning aunt, to the play guide provided by the staff, the meticulous care is everywhere. Breakfast is a must! Chinese hot porridge, steamed aroma overflow, Western-style bread, coffee is exquisite and delicious, and various choices meet different tastes. The restaurant window is bright and clean, the service staff is on call, and the dining experience is superb. The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, close to the Taishan Scenic Area, and there are various specialty shops and delicious restaurants around. When you are tired, you can enjoy food and relax when you go downstairs. Taishan Meishu Resort Hotel is really a treasure hotel. I highly recommend it to every friend who comes to Taishan. Secondly, I stayed here for one night, and then extended my stay for another night. However, I found out from Ctrip that the room was fully booked. I called the front desk and they said they had rooms, but the price was 10% higher than the price I saw online the day before. Then I asked the front desk to give me a sales phone number. I called the sales and asked if they could help me check if there was a discount on your price. The sales first asked me to ask the front desk if there was a room. I said I did, and they had, but the price was a bit high. Could you give me a more favorable price, at least similar to the online price? The sales said they would check for me and call me back. At this time, Ctrip had rooms again and all room types had been released. It was at this time that the sales called and the first thing he said was to lie to me, saying that there were no rooms. The second sentence was that even if there were rooms, the price there was the same as the front desk, more than 560. I ordered 510 online, and bought 499 on a certain audio platform and got a free buffet. I really think you can tell the truth and there is no need to lie. Secondly, can you give me two room cards in the future? Because you need to insert a card to get electricity here. My wife is taking a shower and I go to get takeout. If I take the room card, my wife can't take a shower. If I don't take the room card, I can't enter the door.

One of the best hotels in Tai An. Room is clean. Service is excellent. My son has diarrhea and dirtied the bed. Service staff was very understanding and happy to help change the bedsheets and blanket not once but twice. Hotel even changed the room for us so that we can have a clean room. I have nothing but the best to say about this hotel.

Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

Most of the rooms are good. The room feels the same as other cities I've stayed in. There aren't many breakfast options, which doesn't matter much. The main complaint is that the air conditioner in the room can't be adjusted. I was so tired after climbing the mountain that I turned on the cooling and went to sleep, but I was woken up by the heat in the middle of the night. I fiddled with the air conditioner for a long time and it kept blowing hot air. I couldn't lower the temperature in the heating mode, and it didn't work when I switched to cooling and air supply. It just kept blowing hot air. Because the child fell asleep, I didn't have the pleasure of calling for someone to check. Finally, I turned off the air conditioner, moved the quilt away, and barely fell asleep with the window open.
