This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Tahoe home has everything you need to enjoy a trip to North Lake Tahoe with friends and family! Located just across the street from the lake, you will find a short trail that leads down to a small rocky beach where you can relax and enjoy the water. The home’s incredible location places you near it all with a large network of trails nearby, Tahoe City and Kings Beach are a few minutes drive away, and a 25-minute drive or less from three of the area's best ski resorts. Relax and unwind after a full day of exploring back at the home where you will be impressed with the gorgeous lake views and the spacious layout great for group trips! When you enter the home, you will come to the lower level, which boasts an open-concept living room and kitchen. This space is filled with a warm mountain cabin ambiance that will instantly make you feel at home. The living room features a plush L-shaped sofa perfect for curling up on while you warm up by the fire and enjoy a movie. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal during your stay. Grab a quick snack at the kitchen island where you will find bar stools, or gather with your group at the dining table while you enjoy the impressive lake views. Step out onto the deck of the shared living space, where you'll find a beautiful setting for outdoor entertainment. Whether it's a morning coffee with sunrise views or evening gatherings under the stars, this deck is a dreamy spot to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. Completing the lower level are three inviting bedrooms, one of which boasts an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. A second full bathroom on this level is conveniently located for shared use for the other two bedrooms. Head upstairs where another living space greets you with unbeatable views over the lake! Just off the living room, a kitchenette makes it easy to prepare some snacks or happy hour while relaxing in this part of the home. The home’s additional two bedrooms are found upstairs, with views over the surrounding trees and lake. One spot inside the garage and four spots in the driveway. No street parking. The home is located on the main road and will experience road noise, but the central location and proximity to the lake is worth it! If you are renting this home from November through March, please remember that there may be winter driving conditions, and a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires or snow chains for your 2-wheel drive tires might be necessary for safe travel. Even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days, side roads can still be icy and have snow on them. Please also be aware of long travel times and pass closures due to winter weather conditions. This is a strict no-pet cabin, the owners have extreme allergies, so please do not ask - The answer will be no :), But please check out our Host page for our other pet-friendly homes! - Please note that grills and outdoor furniture are not available during the months of November to April due to snow. - This is a child-friendly rental, but it is your responsibility to bring all of the necessary equipment for their safety and comfort. There is not a fence or impassible barrier between the road and the lake access, so this could present a danger to small children. - If you are looking to party, please look elsewhere. This is a well-cared-for home full of nice things, and we are very close in proximity to our neighbors whom we know very well. If you are disrespectful, we will know and ask you to leave. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that the A/C does work, but may not successfully cool the upstairs rooms, which will be warmer than the rest of the home most of the time. Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
