Ulasan Grand Hyatt Manila

Stayed at this hotel with my family and everything was great. But when we went to the rooftop restaurant, we were told that we were not allowed to wear slippers. The overall cost performance is not as high as Hotel Okura

Very good Hotel

Nice hotel in good location. The room is comfy and spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great!

**Location:** The location of Grand Hyatt Manila is excellent. Situated in the bustling Bonifacio Global City (BGC), it is conveniently close to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore the area and access key destinations. **Staff:** The staff at Grand Hyatt Manila are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From check-in to dining and concierge services, the team is professional, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall guest experience. **Check-Out Process:** One area that could be improved is the check-out process. During my stay, it took around 40 minutes to complete, which felt unnecessarily long. This delay was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to wrap up a trip efficiently. Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience. **Overall:** Grand Hyatt Manila offers a luxurious stay with a fantastic location and outstanding service from the staff. However, the lengthy check-out process is a notable drawback. If this aspect is addressed, the hotel would be nearly perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

The Grand Hyatt Manila Staff were polite, very accomodating, and friendly. Extra commendation for the staff's excellent command of English. The room and facilities were top-notch, and the stay overall was very pleasant. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and would book again here.

The Grand in Grand Hyatt hotel is very fitting, excellent location, service and amenities. Just a downside on the only way to the parking area which is via the elevator, it gets long queue esp when there is an event, hope they can look for ways to address this

Great business hotel, very clean and comfortable with good service

One of my favorite hotels in Manila. I keep on coming back to Grand Hyatt for good reason.  

Staff is most friendly and too eager to serve but the level of competence is undersized to put it modestly. Breakfast is in my opinion not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The return trip to the airport appeared to be a different car then the one which was actually ordered. The hotel itself is beautifull with excellent facilities.

King size bedroom is very big and clean. Outside of 41th floor landscape is stunning! Chinese restaurant on 5th floor is absolutely delicious.

It was a great venue to stay!!! I will come back in the next time in Manila.

The staffs are the epitome of hospitality. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist and to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special kudos to the concierge team for their excellent assistance
